η ευγενια και η εξυπηρετικοτητα του προσωπικου. με υπομονη και ευχαριστο τροπο απαντουσαν στισ ερτωτησεισ μασ που αφορουσαν την μετακινηση και διασκεδαση μασ. ισωσ θα μπορουσε να πετυχουν καλυτερη συσκοτιση των δωματιων και λιγο καλυτερη ηχομονωση κυριωσ απο εξωτερικουσ θορυβουσ. παντωσ μειναμε πολυ ευχαριστημενοι και ευχαριστωσ θα μεναμε ξανα. |

It was a fantastic experience to have everything so close by,with all the comfort we needed,we felt very proud to be Austrians,even we have been imigrared to Australia 42 years ago,and would recomed the hotel at any time. |

The very good combination of modern/simple design, cleanliness, service, location and price. The view from the interior room. But they have other (more costly) rooms facing St. Stephens cathedral. |

The front staff is very helpful and very very friendly. However the front door seems to be closed after midnight, but there is a staff helping to let you in. The location is the best in town, you can't be anymore in the middle of the city than this! |

Great location. Very safe. Wide selection of breakfast items and dinning room staff efficient and accomodating. Rooms a bit small and some reception staff a bit arrogant. |

I had a very modern, well-equipped room with superbly-fitted bathroom. The hotel is situated directly in the middle of the city on the main square opposite the cathedral, with most attractions within walking distance and the metro directly outside. The staff were not very friendly. I requested a cathedral view, but did not receive one although many other rooms seemed to be unoccupied. The price was quite high, reflecting the central position. |

The sense of quiet and homeliness in spite of its being spot on at the City centre The mechanism to adjust room temperature was either non-functioning or else was not user-friendly. Room temperature was rather hot. |

The fact that it is right at the centre of Vienna and close to all the main places of interest in the city. Strange policy on non-smoking rooms - although we had booked a non-smoking room on arrival we were told that there were none available. I later discovered that all hotel rooms in Vienna are now obliged to be non-smoking. Since my wife is pregnant they grudgingly gave us a one-time upgrade to a superior room. |
