An important task has been succesfully accomplished: high quality has been made a matter-of-course standard, and ecological guidelines have been unswervingly complied with. Following the conversion of the attic floor and the renovation of the guest room floors, the hotel now boasts 56 air-conditioned guest rooms with a total of 114 beds in the higher 4-star category.
Also completely new and designed in contemporary style are the entrance hall, the reception, the bar "Ara_gall", the breakfast room, the meeting room "Matteo" and the small wellness area "sport-sauna-relax".
The stylish hotel bar Ara_gall is a favourite meeting place for guests and locals. The young team behind the bar will conjure up delicious drinks and cocktails for every taste and occasion.
All guest rooms are equipped with a range of modern facilities, such as flatscreen TVs and triple-panelled windows with sound insulation. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with towel-drying radiators, under-floor heating, telephone and piped radio reception.
In the first district (Vienna's historic city centre) you can find a wide range of restaurants and traditional Viennese cafés.

Nice bottles of free water. Hotel has a good location. Hotel charges extra for early check in. Air conditioning was very poor and my room was so warm that it was hard to sleep. No view of Stephansplatz. I think there are better and cheaper hotels in the area. |

Very organized and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of all the major sights in Vienna. Rooms were modern and very comfortable. We rented a car for the trip and this hotel was not accessible by car. Parking was difficult as well. |

The Concierge staff were extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with excellent beds. You couldn't find a more central location from which to explore Vienna. Great variety on the breakfast buffet and a generous time window during which to enjoy it! |

The hotel was perfectly located right in the centre of Vienna, with easy access to transportation. The facilities in the hotel were good and the breakfast was excellent. Decor was bright and modern and bedroom facilities excellent. Staff all very courteous and helpful. |

Its location ist great! It can be found opposite the famous Stphans cathedral. The underground station is in next to the hotel. The staff (at the reception and in the breakfast room, too) were very kind and helpful.I liked atmopsphere of the "wellness area".Quality of breakfast was excellent alike. My room was clean. My room had no view but considered my short stay it was not disturbing. |
