Det mesta var till belåtenhet. Trevlig personal och mycket centralt läge. En flamingo i badrummet spred en ytterst oangenäm stank.Detta avhjälpte jag dock själv genom att hälla ut vattnet, som var gammalt! |

Right across from the cathedral, underground station around the corner from entrance. One staff in particular (Steven) was very helpful with everything, especially finding restaurant reservations at last moment! |

The hotel's location is unbeatable, even in such an easy to get around City as Vienna. The price represented terrific value for money and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable as was the bathroom, both were spotlessly clean. |

The location is wonderful - the very heart of Vienna and breakafast each day with a view of the cathedral. Since Stephansplatz is pedestrianised, the hotel is quiet, unusual for a city centre location. |

From the point of arrival staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous. The room was lovely and a decent size for a single. The bathroom was excellent as you felt that space hadn't been compromised despite being for a single room. Breakfast range was excellent, with excellent service from the staff. |

Everything was excellent, from the location of the hotel to the cleaness of the room. the breakfast was really delicious and it has nothing lrss then the best 5 stars hotels. |

The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable, although it is right in the middle of the city center. Access to the hotel is very easy. Many touristic places are also nearby. |

Excellent location, excellent stuff, very nice rooms, very nice breakfast The fact that there is no bar or restaurant. It seems a shame that the breakfast room, with its excellent view, is only used in the mornings, it could be used as a restaurant/snak bar for the rest of the day. |
