Les habitacions i el menjador estan molt bé. Hi ha una cafetera a l'habitació i el primer dia ens vam fer un cafè. El personal era correcte. És a prop dels jardins de Mirabell.

no és gaire cèntric, però de fet la majoria d'hotels de Salzburg no ho són.

The restaurant has fantastic bavarian food at affordable prices. Smoking is permitted in a closed-off bar area but it doesn't seem to impact the restaurant air at all. I'm not a smoker but I think that's nice for those that do smoke.

The room was a very simple design, comfortable and efficient. I particulalry liked that there was a bathtub and that the location was within walking distance of the center of town and also the train station. Great place.

The A,erican Breakfast buffet was not appealing to me...was in Austria and would have preferred traditional Austrian breakfast fare. Otherwise, the service was great!

The room size was perfect for our family - very clean and comfortable. The hotel location is very good - an easy walk to many sites in Salzburg. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

Located in middle of the main train station and the Mirabell Gardens aproaching the old city. This hotel helped book my tours and their breakfast buffet was great. The room had a minibar and was clean.

This hotel for a single room offered a single bed.

The rooms were a good size as well as the bath, quiet, clean. You could not hear the noise in the hallways or from the streets.

The internet signal was very weak on the 3d floor and there are 5 floors.

Its location was really good. Only took 15 ~20 min to City Center by walk and less than 10 min by bus. Because this hotel is also known as local beer "Stiegl" brewery, the beer garten was really nice.

People at the reception was so so.

Should have had porters for luggage and the air conditioning was far to loud.

nice breakfast, good manner stuff, good bed making, clean room and bathroom.

Great food for both breakfast and dinner in restaurant where staff were friendly and helpful.

Tiny room. Some reception staff very brusque - one downright rude. Unhelpful with provision of kettle, cups and tea/coffee in room until more senior member of staff intervened.

Good food, comfortable bed and room.

Outside built the station, with closed window i didn't hear nothing.

The bathroom was excellent and the rooms were clean and functional and within walking distance to the city centre.

The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, the restaurant staff were arguing between themselves all the time and there was not tea and coffee faciltiies in the room..when asked no kettles available so hard luck!
