BYli jsme s vozíkem, dobrá přístupnost do patra výtahem, ale silný tah dveří k zabouchnutí znemožnuje vozířkáři / Rohlstuhl) samotnému vstoupit do pokoje.Pro postižené osoby by byla lepší nižší vana, či otvírací. Ale nežádali jsem v objednávce pokoj pro vozíčkáře takže příslušné pokoje asi hotel má. Pro vozík chybí nájezdová rampa ke vchodu. jak vyše uvedeno chybí nájezd pro vozíčkáře, nebo jsme ho neviděli. |

The location was perfect but it would be helpful to be notified of location regards public transport as we over-paid for an extended taxi ride when the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station. Not a good start. |

Close to railroad and bus stations, not far away to town center. Room is quiet and clean with wet bar and wireless internet access. Bath room is small. |

Very nice hotel. Easy to find from station and near to all attractions. We ate at the restaurant on both nights of our stay and had very nice meals. |

Location is quite good as it is near to the Hauptbahnhof and also to major bus routes. Has free wireless which is important to travelers especially the business type. The facilities in the room are a little old and the bed i slept in was not very flat and comfortable. |

Location good, easy to find from the map. Hotel staffs all nice. Room facilities excellent. Hotel restaurant food delicious of dinner. Highly recommend. |

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hotel was convienent to the sites. Wireless internet access was limited for business travellers. |

The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The meals were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the train tracks so there was noise throughout the night. There is also construction going on close by so it was noisy during the day as well. |

We liked that it was out of the centre and public transport was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room over looking the front had considerable morning traffic noise. |

A wonderful location and value for the money. Amazingly I was informed that my room was the only one unable to receive the wireless signal for an internet connection. Yet others were unable to connect after speaking with them. The staff did nothing to fix the situation. Even a hard wire from the wall did not work as they informed me it would work. While I recommend the hotel, there is hesitation. |
