Καλή υποδοχή απο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου. Εξυπηρέτηση σε οτι ζητησαμε.Πολυ ωραία δωμάτια , καθαρά και με καινούργια έπιπλα. Είχε δωρεάν δίκτυο internet.Καλό πρωινό καθως και πολυ ωραίο εστιατόριο.Κοντά στο κέντρο της Πόλης.

Το γκαραζ ηταν σε εξωτερικό χώρο και τον χειμώνα έχει χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες.

the location of the hotel good friendly staff and a nice breakfast plus only a short walk to old town and 5 min walk to mirabell gardens stayed for 7 nights from the 19-26 of march 2011 mr s williamson from edinburgh scotland

We liked that everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, there was parking for our car and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. I liked that the internet had free access. The receptionist was very helpful in our first hour there suggesting we eat lunch and he would get us a ride to the first tour..We enjoyed the garden cafe.

The only thing i could say I didn't 100 % like was how high the tub is and no bar. I almost slipped getting out of it on the first day. It's a very low drop. You might consider putting a bar on the wall.

Very comfortable room. Quiet and clean. The place is between the train station and city central.

The hotel was in a good location for the old town just a few minutes walk away. It has its own parking lot for those of you who drive there. The buffet breakfast was really good and overall the hotel is a nice place to stay. I would recommend it to friends.

I would not rate this hotel as a 4 star hotel i would say it is a 3 star hotel.

the room was very clean . the staff were very helpful but some were a little forgetful about details at times. the food was great with a very good selection for the breakfast menu.

Free internet. Convenient to downtown. It only takes a 15 min walk, Parking in the back for a fee.

Bad experience at the restaurants. Bad experience with staff that entered our room without sufficient care for our privacy.

Hotel staff was very polite and client oriented, they helped us much and were able to answer each question.

In total I was dissapointed of this hotel. In comparison with other bw hotels this one hardly could be maked by 4 stars. The room was too small, bathroom didn't look clean mostly because of old decor, the window lock was broken. I was also supprised that staying can't be prolonged even for additional money despite of the fact that hotel was mostly empty. It was very inconvenient to check out at 11.00 and wait for the flight at 20.00

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice, with modest but good selection of food.

It's too close to train station. It does have sound barrier beside tracks, but on higher floors it doesn't have effect. You will have to have your windows closed. Luckily air-con and ventilation works flawlessly.

The original purpose for my selection was its ideal location near to the train station due to our late arrival. It was also a very comfortable room for 3 that (unexpectedly) offered privacy for the third person. Its close proximity to the train station did not negatively impact a quiet atmosphere, and the adjoining restaurant was fantastic.
