The beds have very comfortable mattresses The hotel is situated very close to a discotheque, and during the week-end the ravellers are still shouting in the street until 4.30am. This made my night's sleep impossible. |

The hotel is conveniently located to important sites. The touristic areas are within walking distance & so is the train station. The neighbourhood is safe if it is a concern for a family. The mattress need to be replaced. |

Close to train station and clean. Breakfast was great! Was very happy with the hotel until we were falsely accused of breaking a picture and they refused to believe us!! We were accused of breaking a picture in the room - which we did not! The hotel manager was rude and condenscending. We checked in after midnight and checked out by 9:00 am ish the next morning. When we told them we did not break it she got very angry and told us she was going to get it tested for finger prints - we said please do so. If my credit card is charged I will fight this all the way |

We arrived at 2 45 pm and the room was not ready, although the reservation was from 2 pm on. The man at the reception was roude and we had to wait for 40 min there with our suitcases. They did not offer to keep them somewhere for us. They did not offer us a place to have something to eat in the meantime. I asked for the book to oplace a complain and he told me that there was no book. |

- efficient staff - loaction near train station - modern design of hotel and rooms - cleanliness of rooms - good breakfast lack of internet in rooms (just in lobby) - only one pc in lobby, otherwise you should use your laptop (wifi). |
