Incheckning efter kl 17.00 gjorde att vi fick vänta i en och en halv timme innan vi kom till rummet. Rummet var rent och snyggt samt rymligt. Sängarna ganska hårda och obekväma förr folk med ryggvärk. Receptionens öppettider. |

Hotellet höll en bra klass rummen var tysta trots att det var nära tågstationen. Hotellet var rent och snyggt. Internet fungerade utmärkt. Lite små rum. |

Det gick smidigt och det var inga problem samt att det fanns gratis internetanslutning på rummet Ganska tråkigt, börjar nog bli dags att renovera hotellet. |

Rooms were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was excelent with fresh fruits and bread, nice fry-up of bacon and eggs and freshly brewed coffee. Great! |

Great food for both breakfast and dinner in restaurant where staff were friendly and helpful. Tiny room. Some reception staff very brusque - one downright rude. Unhelpful with provision of kettle, cups and tea/coffee in room until more senior member of staff intervened. |

the breakfasts were of a high standard and most enjoyable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and close, in walking distance to the old part of town, especially to Mirabell Gardens. The pillows are a bit too soft for comfort. |

it was within a walking distance from both the railway station and the centre with bus stop right in front of it. the room was spacious with air conditioning. pick up service for the tours and being able to buy tickets for them from the reception was really helpful. at times the reception is left with no employees and when she finally came she didn't even bother to apologize!!! |

The bathroom was excellent and the rooms were clean and functional and within walking distance to the city centre. The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, the restaurant staff were arguing between themselves all the time and there was not tea and coffee faciltiies in the room..when asked no kettles available so hard luck! |

Great location close to train station as well as short walking distance to all points of interest in Salzburg. The breakfast which was included provided excellent value with a wide assortment of hot and cold foods, fruit salad, cereals, great selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses. Our 4th floor room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel's beer garden was a great place to relax after a busy day with good selection of traditional Austrian food and wonderful beer. The air conditioning worked great in spite of the heat wave and humidity. All in all, this hotel offered excellent value for money and we couldn't have asked for more. |

reasonable location for the sights. 5 minutes walk to mirabelle gardens. clean and nice beer garden. right by main railway so noisy at night.breakfast the usual overpriced rip off so did not bother. a bit old fashioned and worn around the edges. |

The room was spacious and the en suite bathroom was very clean and well-supplied. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was very hot during my stay. The hotel restaurant, especially the beer garden, was convenient and pleasant. |

We liked the location. Just a couple of blocks from Mirabell Gardens and a short walk to the river and the old city. We thought about eating the restaurant, but it was very smoky as if there was no ventiliation because we didn't see anyone actively smoking. We did not eat there. |

hotel some staff not good they give sometimes not correct information as the manager , he let us go far away to buy something , we found this thing very near hotel , as i noticed manager uncomfortable manager, hotel was clean and the reception was nice especially hydei the hotel manager was uncomfortable person he ask to take extra roon cause we book for family room , we were just 2 adult with 4 kids under 10 years , hotel location little far from salzak river and old town , they did not provide us with salzburg card |

Enjoyed our two nights here although getting in was a bit of a challenge because of street reconstruction outside the building and in the area. Parking directly behind for a fee. Room was comfortable size. Breakfast was available for 15 chf. Restaurant on premises was good. While a No Smoking hotel, the restaurant had a smoking room immediately adjacent to a hotel entrance meaning that the hotel lobby reeked! Breakfast choice was somewhat limited. No time limit on the Internet computer provided (for a fee) which meant long wait. |

The location and price were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the castle and other sites over the bridge. Prices for hotels and restaurants are better on this side of the river too. |
