Staff very friendly, beds are comfortable, breakfast was very complete, and I was offered spiegeleier or bacon by the waitress. Price was totally OK. No dinner available at the hotel, and closest restaurant is 15 minutes walk away, a bit too far at freezing temperature. |

Frühstück lieblos (Wurststapel) präsentiert und ohne Besonderheiten. Straßenseitige Zimmer sehr laut! Besonders für Gäste die es gewohnt sind bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. |

Die totalte Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals. Obwohl erst ab 19 Uhr, wurde mir am Nachmittag die Sauna eingeschaltet. Besonders aufmerksam, weil man mit dem Familiennamen angesprochen wird. |

Τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο δεν εχει να προσφερει το ξενοδοχειο αυτο εκτος του οτι ειναι καπως φθηνοτερο απο αλλα στην πολη του Graz, Η ρεσεπτιον ξενοδοχειου 4 αστερων θα πρεπει να στελεχονεται επι 24ωρου βασεως για πολους λογους . Επισεις θα ανεμενε καποιος οτι το ξενοδοχειο θα πρεπει να λαβει υπ οψιν το γεγονος οτι δεν υπαρχει καθολου καθιστικος χωρος και ακομη και ο χωρος για προγευμα ειναι διπλα στην ρεσεπτιον. |

La gentilezza del personale. La complessiva sensazione di igiene. L'ampiezza della doccia. Il comodo parcheggio. L'illuminazione nelle camere e nei bagni è insufficiente. L'esagerato riscaldamento, non essendo autonomo ma centralizzato, comporta la necessità di raffreddare la camera spalancando la finestra e dovendola lasciare aperta anche di notte. |
