It's good value for a short stay for one person travelling since the rooms are quite small with one single bed.

While it is not too far from the main entrance of the train station it was a difficult walk due to large road construction. Not good for wheelie cases!

They were not able to solve one problem. The second night was very noisy because of several newcomers that came closer to the end of the day but not at night. At about 1 or 2AM I woke up because of tremendous noise that definitely lasted not just couple of minutes. Honestly, hotel staff did nothing to stop those trouble makers. In the morning I was explained by the staff that I myself had to tell the staff about my problems or to tell those trouble makers to stop their noise. I only wonder was I the only one in the hotel with these problems?

Handy location for the city and easy to find.

Wifi did not work in the room. No soap in the shower.

Rooms were small with very little space for clothing, no drawers and small wardrobe. This hotel seems to be running on a shoestring budget

Good location (very close to the main railway station), nice rooms, pleasant atmosphere.

1) The best thing is the location of the hotel. Literally, 2 min walk from Graz Hbf , and in 20-25 min walk you can reach near center of Graz, which holds all tourist places like Schloßberg Clock Tower, murinsel, glockenspiel, landhaus etc. 2) The public transport (Tram 1,3,5,7) are very near which go directly to city center (jakominiplatz) in 10 min. 3) The room allocated was very good and reasonably spacious. Inside the room, the bed was very comfortable, the heating system was working properly. TV, Internet was fine. 4) The staff speaks English. 5) Plenty of fast food near-by too, pizza, burgers, kebaps etc.

1) The staff (especially a lady in the evening) was not very helpful or friendly. I needed a 2-pin plug for the laptop, but the hotel did not have it (very surprising) so i asked her about the possibility of buying it from some shop. Instead of, guiding me to the shop her answer was just go to center of city and look for a shop to buy it!!!! I was surprised and even when i insisted that please tell me proper address (or some indication), she said she has no idea. I mean, you have to guide travelers a bit b/c they are usually in the city for the first time and then language problem can also exist. 2) The worst thing is the breakfast. The quality and quantity both were not good. The need to work on it seriously. 3) We lived on first floor and the Internet sometimes disconnected. Not a problem for leisure but for business travelers, not a good thing.

You can`t really play billiard because the room in to small for the pole, maid service didn`t bring new toilet paper or made beds.

The heating radiators in my room and on the landing outside didn't work. On reporting this I asked for a discount due to the discomfort this had caused and was offered 4 euros (approx. 10%). This unbelievable generosity will propel me towards another hotel next time I travel to Graz.

People at the hotel reception were always so very nice and friendly. They tried in every possible way to help me especially when i needed directions to get to various places or when I needed to change my room. Very helpful indeed especially Rosita. Keep it up!
