It'r from from mitte but it's really very good good connected by tram/U-bahn. The room was clean, people ther were kind, and also breakfast was good. We had dinner only 1 night and was also good. we liked all. Just the heating was quite high (were not used to have the heating at that level). |

Very pleasant family hotel and nice and helpful staff. We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past and the owner remembers us from our first stay. |

service and food. near a tram terminus. garden at front had many locals and guests using it. good atmosphere not cllear about opening of restaurant which closed at 1600 on sunday and closed on wednesday. football finals had just been on in town, so i expected it to open as it was fully booked |

Nice, small, quiet, comfortable, breakfast included. Convenient to tram/bus. This hotel was located across the street from the end of the line for the tram/bus. Very easy to get to the center of Vienna. The staff were all professional, nice and very helpful. |

Angenehme Atmosphäre, Gutes Frühstück, Küche in Ordnung, mehr konnte ich nicht genießen, war für mich nur Übernachtung da ich dienstlich in der Gegend zu tun hatte. |

L' hotel per la sua categoria è molto gradevole, ma la Scortesia del personale e in particolar modo dei proprietari è inconcepibile. Nessuno parla inglese in maniera comprensibile. Molto rigidi con le "loro" regole (abbiamo fatto check out alle 13:00 anzichè alle 12:00 e per questo ci hanno anche addebitato un supplemento del 20%) ridicolo !!! La maleducazione e la poca disponibilità dei proprietari, nonchè la reception quasi sempre chiusa, per informazioni non erano mai disponibili. Nessuno parlava inglese in maniera comprensibile. |

Rustikaler-klassischer Stil; separater Eingang zum Parkplatz, Nachtschlüssel, Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung, Servicekräfte sanitäre Anlage überholt, Zimmer war nicht gelüftet und roch nach Fäkalien, keine funktionierende Toiletten-Bad-Abzugsanlage, Fenster zur Straße nicht schalldicht, Straßenlärm deutlich zu vernehmen |
