Acest hotel de design, cotat la 4 stele, beneficiază de o locaţie liniştită în partea de sud a oraşului Graz, la doar 20 de minute cu maşina de oraşul vechi. Hotelul Süd oferă o piscină interioară şi acces gratuit la internet. Camerele includ un birou, un minibar şi TV prin satelit. Toate camerele şi băile au fost renovate în 2009 şi 2010. De asemenea, unele camere oferă aer condiţionat şi un seif pentru laptop. Zona de spa poate fi folosită gratuit şi include o saună, o cabină cu infraroşu şi o sală de fitness. Toate camerele Hotelului Süd oferă gratuit halate de baie. În fiecare dimineaţă este servit un mic dejun bogat şi variat, de tip bufet. Pentru oaspeţii care pleacă dimineaţa devreme sunt oferite pachete pentru masa de prânz. Puteţi servi o varietate de băuturi la barul deschis până la ora 22:00. De asemenea, în jurul acestui hotel cu regim „cazare şi mic dejun” veţi găsi 4 restaurante diferite, aflate la cel mult 8 minute de mers pe jos. De asemenea, după o plimbare pe jos de numai 2 minute veţi ajunge la cea mai apropiată staţie de autobuz, care oferă acces la oraşul vechi, aflat la o distanţă de 5 km de hotel. Beautiful and spacious room, quiet location. Breakfast excellent with great variety, relaxing pool and sauna open until 22. Staff friendly. In two words: quality Austrian.

Quite frankly they upgraded our room and that nade the accomodations first class for a budget price. We liked the facilities and decor= so much had gone into updati9ng this from a traditional Austrian Pension to a first rate - small but excellent hotel. If it was a 1/2 hr to an hr into the mountainjs it would be a fantastic vacation destination.

Wonderful place! Everything for relax, travelling and business. Very friendly and helpful staff, internet in rooms, free parking. Good breakfast and a restaurant near the hotel. 10-15 min to the centre of Graz by car. In Süd I feel good!

Breakfast was ok. Parking easy. Very difficult to find. Far away from city center. They close reception at 01.00 pm public holidays so nobody was there when we arrived last 15th August !! It should be indicated before you book!

We've stayed in sud hotel for the 2nd time and recommend it to travellers - easy access to Graz. Comfortable and modern room, tasty breakfast with a wide choice of food & beverages, peaceful surroundings. Lack of restaurant in the evening - managable as a good dining available nearby lobby computer with access to internet needs an upgrade - very slow.

Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good quality, swimming pool and sauna were very welcome after a long drive. Hotel is clean and modern, with some interesting art work. We were very happy with our stay and found it good value for money. Location is only issue. Hotel is tucked away and some distance from city centre. But, the hotel is well signed from about a kilometre away, and there are good bus links into the city which the staff are happy to advise on.

New hotel, very clean. They have pool and sauna area. Location was not great but you can take a taxi easily from city centre to the hotel. Some rooms don't have wifi coverage.

Cleanliness and possibility to use the wellness area. Smoking area close to the reception desk, everybody has to go through entering/leaving the hotel and you catch the smell of cigarets to your clothes.

Alles an dem Hotel ist einfach nur wunderbar : Zimmer , Wellnessbereich , das überaus freundliche Personal , das üppige Frühstück und die herrlich ruhige Lage.Das man dies alles ( und zudem zu dem überaus moderaten Preis ) nicht in der Innenstadt erwarten kann , versteht sich von selbst .Insofern ist auch die Lage etwas ausserhalb total okay .

Nettes, freundliches Personal. Super Frühstücksbüffet. Moderne grosse Zimmer, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Graz. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben ein sehr schönes und erholsames Wochenende in Graz verbracht. Jederzeit wieder!
