S' estava tranquil i la zona està bé, sense cap cosa interessant. Recepcionistes amables i atents. No sembla un 4 estrelles per res. L' edifici, habitacions i serveis són de 3 estrelles. Feia força calor ( setembre ). Podia ser més net ( té moqueta ). Està en un carrer llarg però separat dels nuclis antic i d' interés. Com diu el seu nom, Suite Hotel a 900 m de l' Opera... tendeix a ser motiu de confusió entre el personal i el gps. El pàrquing estava ple i ens van derivar a un altre situat en un altre carrer. L' esmorzar no estava inclòs. |

Situació perfecta, al costat del centre. Habitació amb petita cuina i terrassa. L'aire funcionava correctament, i lésmorzar molt bó. Habitació massa petita per dos adults i dos nens grans, el sofa-llit no era massa cómodo. |

Good staff, friendly and nice. Breakfast is really heavy and rich. In my room it was even a exercise bicycle. Perfect location! |

Proximity to the Opera and city center - 15 minutes walk. Public transportation was also convenient, with street car in front of the hotel and underground station less than 5 minutes walk No help with my luggage. No heating in my room on roof top floor on the first night - which was a freezing 0 degrees celsius temperature. |

We found this hotel to be conveniently located, well-equipped, and efficiently run. The kitchen facilities allowed us to choose how many meals we wanted to eat out. We have no complaints about the hotel. |

Perfect hotel for stay in Vienna. Nice clean room, good breakfast, short distance to the downtown. Very convinient location. |

friendly and helpful staff, rich breakfast buffet, very clean and spacious rooms, excellent location, tram stop in front of the hotel, underground within 5 minute walk At first I did not like that my room was on first floor next to a lift and opposite the stairs with windows overlooking the street, I was afraid of the noise from both street and inside of the hotel, but I could hear nothing. |

The location is great, close to the Nachmarkt and centre. The staff was perfect , very friendy and helpful, and the breakfast really rich It is a little bit noisy if your room is facing the street. It is not possible to sleep with windows open |

Proximity to all points and esy access by foot,rail or U-train.The reception desk was first rate, the free inetrnet a plus and the breakfasts were just wonderful.Everyone should experience Vienna from this location. Thank you to all the kind staff. Canoot think of a thing. Very good people and place. |

Location was good. Place was clean. Staff was helpfull and friendly, I liked them. Neighboorhood is pleasent and feels safe, even late at night. Coffee was not so good, breakfast iteams, basicly the meats and chessses, did not seam as fresh as other places I stayed at. Kind of pricey for the location and level of hotel, however there was a big conference in the city and I was lucky to even get a room at that time. Would expect the price to be a bit lower. |

The room was actually a spacious mini-suite with fridge and microwave. Facing away from the main street it was quiet. Tram stops close to hotel, good connections to city centre. Very helpful reception staff. Teakettle was in the room, but no tea or coffee. Breakfast staff was not very attentive. We had to go to the bar and ask for coffee more than once. |

It was close to the u1 line and the city. Rooms large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast better than average. |

The room and the toilet were big, comfortable and clean. The location is good, right in front of a tram lane and close by a metro station. Very easy to move anywhere in Vienna. The waiter's attention during breakfast was less than satisfactory. She didn't want to set our table; she just threw the napkins and forks and we ended up setting up the table ourselves. We thought this was an unnecessary behavior. |
