Convenient location, free internet access We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time we had a room on the fifth (top) floor which was quite cramped, though a good value. The second room was a very spacious suite which was comparatively expensive. Parking is expensive if you use the hotel-provided facilities. |

The room is spacious and the location is good. The suite for 4 persons only has one bath room and one shower. The sofa bed is not comfortable. The garage is very small and difficult to park the car. |

Nice friendly lady on reception who was very helpful. Close to city centre. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Would stay at this hotel again. I arrived around midnight and was completely unaware the bedroom window was open, until I was woken before 6.00am from the noise in the courtyard. Not the fault of the hotel. If planning to stay at this hotel, it would be wise to shut the windows before going to sleep... |

Walking distance to Karlsplatz, Oper or easy tram ride to major sites of Vienna. Very clean and somewhat classy, excellent breakfast, reasonable rate, nothing else needed! It did not bother much, but the clean-up service sometimes came a bit too early ( 9:00am ). |

The suite offered to us had the facilities of a five star hotel. I am not talking of other essentials like swimming pool etc., which are not required by tourists. I would therefore rank this as a top class tourist hotel. Only the garage type entrance gave a false impression. Please try to improve it. |

Very good breakfast. Very good location. Friendly staff, great with our baby. The room was very spacious, very clean. Free use of internet. Free use of baby cot. 1/ The room was much too bright, with three windows but all three pairs of curtains were too small for the windows, as such, morning sun came streaming through at 5 am and there is nothing that can be done. 2/ There was also no air-conditioning. Everyday as it's summer, 80 deg, there was only a small fan for the whole room. I thought this was a 4-star and had air-conditioning? |
