Γενικα δεν μας ικανοποιησε κατωτερο των προσδοκιων μας σε σχεση με την τιμη που πληρωσαμε ( στην περιπτωση μας κλεισαμε σουιτα ). Στενοχωρα δωματια. Στα θετικα το καλο πρωινο και η τοποθεσια του . Καλυτερη εξυπηρετηση τις βραδινες ωρες οσο αφορα διευκοληνσεις των πελατων κυριως που αφορα housekeeping services. |

Είναι πολύ κονά στο κέντρο της πόλης , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική , το ξενοδοχείο πολύ άνετο , το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο . Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο είναι ότι έβρισκα οποιαδήποε πληροφορά ήθελα για τα αξιοθέτα και τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη σε όλες τις γλώσσες . Είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό για τους τουρίστες της πόλης. Θα έπρεπε να βελτιώσει λίγο ην διακόσμησή του και τους χώρους των διαδρόμων .Μία ανακαίνηση ίσως να βοηθούσε. |

Το προσωπικο ηταν ιδιατερα φιλικο , το δωματιο πολυ μεγαλο. Υπηρχαν δυο τηλεορασεις και πραγματικα αστραφτε απο καθαριοτητα |

small but comfortable hotel, good continental breakfast and a reasonable price. Excellent bar/cafe around the corner (Wieden Brau) serving basic food and good beer. Hotel manager was friendly but gave us wrong directions to the Volksoper. He directed us to the Staatsoper despite me repeating that we wanted to go to the Volksoper. This meant that we arrived late and spoiled the evening. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice appartment. Spotless and large. Walking distance from center. We were three friend and booked the room for three, not 2 + extra bad. We had extra bed (sofa on living room) that was made from blocks and was pretty much unsleepable. Luckily, we are modest guys with earlier camping experience. |

The hotel was fine. The personnel was very friendly, the breakfast was great. We were lucky to get a better room than offered for the same price. We really enjoyed our stay. I would suggest soundproof windows, because it is quite noisy in the morning. |

Good location - could walk to centre of Vienna in 15-20 minutes. Tram and U-bahn stops almost on the door step. Spacious and spotlessly clean suite. Loved the small sitting and cooking area in addition to the bedroom. Very comfortable beds. All staff (reception/waitresses) very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Really oustandin value accommodation |

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location for visiting all of Vienna's must-see attractions was good, with proximity to public transit. For Vienna, the price of the hotel was a good value. The free internet in the lobby was surprisingly fast, unlike other hotel free internet. The people at the desk were quite helpful, but didn't offer a lot of details about the landmarks, but pointed to brochures, so we did most of the research on our own. The website was misleading, advertising that there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. This is not the case. A taxi to the airport, which can be arranged by the hotel, costs 39 Euros. If you've walked all day and expect to have a casual meal around the hotel, good luck. Most restaurants close early or whenever they feel like it, so don't take the open/closure hours as valid. |

Proximity to the Opera and city center - 15 minutes walk. Public transportation was also convenient, with street car in front of the hotel and underground station less than 5 minutes walk No help with my luggage. No heating in my room on roof top floor on the first night - which was a freezing 0 degrees celsius temperature. |
