i felt very comfortable there...The noise of the streetcar didnt disturb me at all ....

Good location - center is achived by tram in 5 min, nearest citybikestation is in 50 meters. It's realy 900m to Opera, you can walk. Tickets can be bought in hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly personal. Clean. We're from Russia - most receptionists speak russian.

Small wardrobe in room. Safe in room worked only with key got from reception (though it worked!).

Nice room, quiet 5th floor back courtyard view room. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was helpful.

Smokers would smoke outside and hanging out their windows, and smoke came in my window. It was a very warm room so the windows needed to be open a lot.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and clean. Location excellent for access to the centre of Vienna. Safe in each room. Tea/Coffee making facilities in room. Wonderful breakfast to set you up for the day.

There was nothing we did not like. But be advised the trams run by the hotel and you might need to keep the windows shut at night to exclude the noise. However, we did not find this a problem as there is air-con in each room and slept soundly.

Excellent location. Very clean.staff was very helpful. City center and Nachmarkt is at walking distance (8-10 min).Metro station is also 5 min by walk.You will feel as if you are at your home. There are some nice places around to eat and shop. Spar, DM etc.

The hotel is located on the main street very close to all the sightseeings as well as two main shopping areas. The metro is just 5min away, very convenient. The personnel are good, especially Patrick who was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and helpful! Also very good breakfast in my opinion.

The wi-fi in my room did not work well - I could only get a good signal downstairs.

I loved the small kitchenet in the room. It was convenient. Some facilities were quit old. But every thing was clean. I got a quiet room as I required. Nice hotel. Fairly good breakfast.

Good value for the money. The hotel is clean, have elavator, the staf is friendly and helpful.The breakfast was rich. Very close to the metro station Taubstummengasse ( U1) - 5-7 minutes. If you are coming from the airport you can take the bus until Schwedenplatz and after you have direct conecton on U1 to Taubstummengasse.

I had a room with view to the street - this type of room is very noise - but I wasn't bothered about this - after visiting Viena all day the noise was something I could ignor.

1. Staff always solved all our inconveniences. 2. Ideally located (leave your car in the gararage and take the public transport around Vienna, Metro station is about 200m from the hotel, takes 2 stops to reach the centre of Vienna). 3. Food was acceptable for my children and they are not easy to please. 4. Hotel parking is indoor and about 50m from the hotel. 5. If you arrive during the week-ends, you can park for free in front of the hotel. I payed only for one day during my 2 days stay (for Monday). 6. Neighbourhood is safe.

1. This not a 4star hotel, it is rather a 3star one. 2. When we arrived they forgot to put towels for my family (though this was solved at my first remark).
