It is 10 mins easy walk from centre, or tram is right outside. Excellent breakfast, nicely run . Good staff. Internet in room would be an improvement to an otherwise very satisfactory hotel. |

This is a suite hotel and is it awesome. Relatively near to the city centre (walking distance). The rooms are comfortable and the area is surrounded by nice restaurants. Costly but promotions on booking.com make the rates very very attractive. |

Convenient location (it's not called 900m zur Oper for nothing), friendly staff, good value for money in a pricey city especially as I was given a quiet room at the back. Only small issues: my suite was fitted with a microwave only (no hob or cooking utensils); the kettle tripped all the room's power on one occasion when I switched it on (promptly fixed, of course); there is only one lift which is shared with housekeeping and can be a little slow to arrive. |

Awesome hotel that was within walking distance of the city. Great stepping off point to explore the city and the staff and facilities were great. No air conditiong made the room pretty hot in the summer, but opening the windows at night made the temprature bearable. |

Warm welcome from the staff, they're all friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness and its location is at the heart of the city. If I can say perhaps its breakfast menu. We stayed for 3 nights and have same menu for 3 consecutive mornings. |

The location is excellent. The tram stop (Mayerhoff strasse) is almost in front of the hotel, and U1 metro station (Taubtstummengasse) is about 4-5 minutes by walking. Also, Karlsplatz, Opera and Stephanplatz is within walking distance. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is ideal for families with children and I recommend family suites. The wireless internet acess is not free of charge. |

Clean, Breakfast was great. Desk clerk when we checked in was very rude and unfriendly. Used bad lang. to my wife because our car was slightly in the driveway when we were unloading. |

In general quite good quality of room and the nice, central area. Excellent with kitchenette and iron + ironingtable. Some days not very fresh bread at breakfast. Coffee not strong enough. |

Close to the city center (10 min walk to Karlsplatz). Big and spacious rooms but NOT all are suites. Nice breakfast. Unfriendly foreign stafff (they made me change room during my 2-night stay! I didn't have a choice). Also unfriendly for other problems, like their wi-fi. |

Breakfast was nice, My room was not in range of the wireless internet. The desk clerk insisted that every room had internet, even though mine clearly did not. I didn't make a fuss about it, but I found it annoying that they simply assumed that I was wrong. After a week, the wireless signal was "mysteriously" amplified and I was able to get it in my room. The hotel was fine, but I found this attitude irritating. |
