Service manner from the day time stuffs and from the stuffs of the Cafe Milo were superb,very nice,very patient.

The hotel is in a very central location, walking distance to places like Karlplatz, Museums Quartier, Belvedere Palace etc. There is a subway station within 200m and a tram station within 50m. The price is reasonable, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

While I was there, there was a lot of construction going on in the hotel as they were replacing the AC system, which was not working. Vienna was going through a heat wave (with temperatures averaging 95F during the week I was there), and lack of an AC made it extremely hard to sleep. There is a tram line in front of the hotel, and opening the window allows all the tram and street noise in. If the AC had been working, I believe I would have had no problems, but the hotel should have informed me of this in advance, which would have allowed me to make alternate arrangements.

air conditioning not working, impossible hot at night, in the first afternoon when we tried to sleep in the room it was impossible due to workers drilling constantly in nearby rooms, lot of street noise from cars and trams also during night time, only german tv programs, tv remote didn't work (was replaced next day)

A very nice and clean hotel with very helpful reception staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of food available. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very satisfying. The rooms were spacious and the windows of the room did not allow the noise from the street to disturb you.

The weather was hot during our stay and the air conditioners were still being installed, therefore did not work. We felt so hot and the small fan was not enough to cool the air in the room. The internet is 2 EUR per hour and even if I wanted to buy I could not succeed in using it. ıt must be free of charge like in many hotels.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was very central and yet the surroundings were very peaceful.. The room was very clean and spacious,in fact we couldnot have asked for a better one.

The room was clean and practical. There was air-con in my room which was really nice but one of my friend in another room did not have it. Breakfast was really good. Computer with internet for free at the reception

I would be nice to have wireless for free in the rooms.

Our rooms were surprisingly large and were very comfortable. The reservation said air conditioned rooms, but with a fan, the rooms were fine. Lots of windows for air. Breakfast was great! Easy walk from S-bahn.
