This is the perfect place to be! I recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Vienna by all means. Excellent music in the cafe and great breakfast.

We were wery pleased to stay at this hotel. We stayed in the delux suit,at the fifth(last) floor of the hotel. At our surprise,this suit has two bathrooms (in the room description is not mentioned). The room was clean and nice, and big enough for 4 adults. The breakfast is very good, you have a variety of food evry morning. The hotel staff is very nice and cooperant. The location is also good, Sthepankirche is about 15-20 minutes of walking. So I would reccomend this hotel.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. I asked for more loo paper and pillows and they were there by the time I got up to my room. Breakfast was excellent in a bright sunny room. The tram went right past the door and the U was just round the corner.

We had a family suite. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep on, the sheets slipped on the leather, it was hard and there were big dips. Also the wifi didn't work in the bedrooms and cost one euro an hour. Ok in the lounge with hotel miro where it was free after you got the password.

The location is just one stop from Karlsplatz. The room is clean and very functional.

House keeping service is too late. I went out and back at 13:30, when house keeping has not been completed.

I was welcomed from the time I stepped in the door. The lady at the reception went out of her way to help with anything you could think of asking about - including things to do, travel issues, etc. The room was clean and the location was great..

The stuff was really good, helpful and friendly, the room was quite comfortable and breakfast was great too. I also enjoyed the tub, (most of the hotels have showers instead).

We stayed for 4 nights and the sheets weren't changed once. Plus, internet was not working in our room..

I liked this hotel and will recommend it to my friends because it's conveniently located and quite,the stuff is friendly and helpful,the room was clean and was cleaned every day,and the price is acceptable.

It would be very good if the hotel can arrange more English language channels and at least one Russian language channel and also free internet in the rooms.

Lovely suite, large rooms, my 1 year old loved to play around. Clean. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Very good food. We enjoyed the hotel.

A bit surprised by the old models tv, although we had 3. No serious complaint though.

The breakfast was good but my single room was Incredibly small. Had to put the kettle on the floor
