Good value for money, formula hotel. Convenient parking, good for transport (metro 50m away). Staff very efficient and friendly

Gym was out of action when we wanted it due to the presence of the house masseur (who takes over the gym one evening a week - however he offers a free service!) The good thing is that there is an excellent gym (Eurogym?) just half a block down the street - day membership costs € 5.

Design&comfort.

There was some problems with wi-fi and only 2 cups in a room for 3 people.

I traveled to Vienna with wife and two small kids. We booked family suite which appears to be perfect for family with small kids. There is one single bad, one double and one which can be pulled out and used for smallest kid. Room was big enough for us with separate toilet and bathroom. There is also kettler, fridge and microwave and stuff is refilling instant coffee and tee on daily basis. TV doesn't have a lot of English channels but there is free "cinema" option with plenty of movies. We didn't use it much though apart from "Madagaskar 3", I think kids watched it 3 times :) We also had breakfast and it was very good with plenty of options. Location is good, around 50m from Vogtotenstraße U1 U-Bahn station, one station from Prater and just few from Stephans Dom.

Even though you have fridge and microwave, there's no cutlery, dishes etc.

Very nice hotel with really good facilities and a good staff. Had a very nice stay here. Would definitely recommend. :)

-they asked for extra money for late chech-out for only one hour. -they refused to take cash and they charged my credit card dirctly when i reserve by net. - the stuff is not freindly enough

In general the hotel was really good, although the bedroom was too warm, and the heating system control was not working aparently. Location quite good (a block from the U-Bahn station), walking distance from supermarket and from a pretty nice view from the river

A bit too expensive, considering that breakfest was not included, and the carpet from my bedroom was really dirty

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful too. Certainly if I come back I'll stay in the same hotel. Very near to metro station

Suite Novotel was very clean and the room was great. It had everything that we needed to make the stay comfortable. The internet was of good quality and available in the rooms for free. The beds were very comfortable and the room set up was very convenient.

The only complaint about this hotel was the cost of breakfast at 10 euros per person, which is a little expensive.

The size of the suite rooms is very good, and the location of the hotel in proximity to an underground train station is very convenient.

A good location: a few minutes to the center of the city, a calm street and the Danube nearby. It was easy to find the hotel. We were travelling by car and it is rather important how to find a hotel and get out of an unknown city. Friendly and professional stuff. Room service is good. The room was spacious even for 3 persons and a cat.

Absence of a restaurant in the hotel itself. But there was one in Ibis hotel nearby (200-250 m). That's why it is not the main point.

The room was large and very comfortable. Big table, fridge, water kettle, instant coffe, tee. Definitely worth of the price.

Internet was terribly slow.

We visited this hotel second and third time. The suite is not new but kept extremely clean and is very comfortable for our family (2 adults and 2 children). One of the most important thing is quietness of the suites. We slept perfect there. Location of the hotel is another plus - metro station is 5 min walk and there is no problem with parking at the street during the weekends. Price is a bargain for a 4 person room in Vienna. It is worth to wait for the discount periods.

We have never tried breakfast as it is pretty expensive. Close to the hotel is quite big supermarket and You can buy and make Your own breakfast easily. Parking for 13 Eur was not our choice as well. Coffee and cakes by the lobby is not anymore free, pitty.

Location was very convenient. Room was spacious with free wi-fi. Microwave and kettle in room was a life saver and is a must with a small child drinking milk formula.
