All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Winter:
Ski school, cross-country ski run, ski bus stop, toboggan run and winter hiking trails are located next to the hotel. The Schatzberg ski area is only 5 minutes away, and the Wilder Kaiser ski world 20 minutes.
Summer:
Many leisure activities from walking to climbing are available. The hotel is located directly on the 300-kilometre long network of hiking trails of the Wildschönau area. The largest paragliding school of Austria is about 5 minutes away.
Attractions nearby:
Achensee Steam Railway, Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck, Zillertal Dairy, Kufstein Fortress, etc.
The use of the underground car park is already included in the price.
The access to the swimming pool, the sauna and the steam bath is free.
Final cleaning at the end of the stay (only for apartments): EUR 39.

The hotel and its location is suitable for those who prefer physical exercise and quietness to night-life. One of the best facilities is - at least for Finns - the sauna and swimmingpool. We liked comfortable apartment room and food in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. We were satisfied with the underground car park. The nearby cowshed may startle at first. |

Kids loved the pool and other facilites for the kids. Adults liked the cleanness, location of the hotel on the hillside, family room layout and food in the restaurant. We also got nice service from the staff. Bikers and people using car might appreciate the good garage at the hotel. Frabrance from the nearby cowhouse might disturb someone. |

De kamers zijn schoon en de voorzieningen goed in orde. Mooi zwembad, sauna, kinderspeelhoek en parkeerkelder. Eten is ook prima. De familie die het hotel runt, organiseerde tijdens ons verblijf een wandeling met afsluitend een middaglunch. Onze kinderen waren voor de wandeling nog te klein. Wij hebben wel meegedaan aan de middaglunch waarbij een aantal leuke activiteiten werden georganiseerd voor jong en oud (vissen, varen etc. quadrijden met de eigenaar). Het hotel ligt niet in het dal, maar op de berg naast een boerenhoeve en dat ruik je soms. Deze plattelandsomgeving heeft ook weer zijn charmes. Wij hebben het niet als hinderlijk ervaren. Verder kun je er niet met credit card of bankpas betalen (alleen contant). Dat vonden we niet handig en hebben contant betaald, ondanks dat ons werd aangeboden om de factuur bij terugkomst in Nederland te betalen. |

Gastvrij en goede ontvangst en fraai gelegen De grootte van de kamer in relatie tot de behoefte,We wilden alleen simpel overnachten in een 3 persoonskamer. Een suite en dan nog betalen van kosten schoonmaken ad raison van 49 euro vinden wij feitelijk niet acceptabel |

wir blieben ja nur 1 Nacht, aus Zeitgründen: wir hatten eine schoene große Suite, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einer Wohnküche und 2 Balkone. Schoen eingerichtet mit hellem Holz, Küche mit Kühlschrank und Ceran (gut und zeitgemäß), aber leider war das vorhandene Schwimmbad,(Hallenbad )zu kalt , das Wasser und die Luft, so konnten wir nur ganz kurz im wasser bleiben. Wasser im Bad zu kalt.Die Speisenkarte könnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein. |
