El hotel es céntrico, en pleno centro historico, su ubicación es casi inigualable. Lo tienes todo a mano. El personal del hotel atento y muy educado Es viejecillo, sus baños -si no lo son- parecen prefabricados. Si no fuese por su ubicación tendría 3 estrellas, no más. |

Situacion. La camarera del buffet que hablaba español, muy amable con nosotros. El baño era una cabina empotrada de poco mas de un metro por un metro de tamaño. El suelo de la habitacion estaba combado y las habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura nueva. |

This is a very good hotel, in an excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There are no adverse comments about this hotel at all. Of course the rooms are small, but this is a very old hotel and in Europe. |

Quiet convenient location in the old town close to shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Attentive and helpful staff. Very clean with none of the iffy smells you often get in old style hotels. |

Excellent location in the Old Town, close to all the important sights. Cosy room with comfortable beds. Only criticism was two-level floor in bathroom - potentially hazardous. Superb service from reception. Good value breakfast included in our rate. Will definitely go back if we stay in Salzburg again. Can't recommend enough. |

The staff were very officious and helpful. Nothing was too problematic for them particularly the young receptionist who recommended good places to eat and points of interest. Breakfast was good and served efficiently despite being full. The qwner's wife had a great command of many languages and conversed fluently with all of the guests. The toilet/shower room was far too small and very old fashioned, not in a quaint way. The wash hand basin was chipped in a few places, and the toilet carpet smelled of dampness. |

The proximity to old town Salzburg was nice. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The bathroom is kind of groovy with a funny smell. |

The hotel has class, cleanliness, and, of course, history. The position in the city is alo a huge plus. We were well-received when we arrived, and wonderfully dealt with the day that we left. All assistance was given to us regarding 'what to do in Salzburg. A lovely experience! NOTHING!! |

We liked everything about the hotel. Couldn't fault it at all. The staff we're exceptional - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stop there again. |

The room was large and comfortable. Very large breakfast included in the price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location excellent as right in the main tourist area. No air conditioning. |
