Hyvä sijainti. Aamupala valittiin menusta ja tarjoiltiin pöytiin. Pekonista ym joutui maksamaan lisähinnan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kylpyhuoneet ovat vanhanaikaiset, ei ilmastointia. |

pidin erittäin paljon sekä hotellista että kaupungista henkilökunta oli asiallista ja ystävällistä huonehintaan sisältyvä aamiainen oli hyvä suosittelen. huoneessa oleva minibaari ei tarpeeksi viileä. |

Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa Kokolattiamatot pitäisi poistaa. Pysäköintihalli pitäisi olla lähempänä. Nyt sinne matkaa n. 1,5 km |

Sijainti on loistava nähtävyyksiin ja ravintoloihin nähden. Helppo liikkua kaupungilla jalan. Yhteydet busseihin ja juniin loistavat. |

This is a very good hotel, in an excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There are no adverse comments about this hotel at all. Of course the rooms are small, but this is a very old hotel and in Europe. |

Quiet convenient location in the old town close to shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Attentive and helpful staff. Very clean with none of the iffy smells you often get in old style hotels. |

Excellent location in the Old Town, close to all the important sights. Cosy room with comfortable beds. Only criticism was two-level floor in bathroom - potentially hazardous. Superb service from reception. Good value breakfast included in our rate. Will definitely go back if we stay in Salzburg again. Can't recommend enough. |

The staff were very officious and helpful. Nothing was too problematic for them particularly the young receptionist who recommended good places to eat and points of interest. Breakfast was good and served efficiently despite being full. The qwner's wife had a great command of many languages and conversed fluently with all of the guests. The toilet/shower room was far too small and very old fashioned, not in a quaint way. The wash hand basin was chipped in a few places, and the toilet carpet smelled of dampness. |

The hotel has class, cleanliness, and, of course, history. The position in the city is alo a huge plus. We were well-received when we arrived, and wonderfully dealt with the day that we left. All assistance was given to us regarding 'what to do in Salzburg. A lovely experience! NOTHING!! |

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Room was very warm and stuffy - no air coming through because of the location in a "courtyard". |

We liked everything about the hotel. Couldn't fault it at all. The staff we're exceptional - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stop there again. |
