La gente es muy amable y te hacen sentirte como en casa. La piscina de la que disponen está muy bien así como la sauna. El desayuno tipo buffet está también muy bien. Además en su restaurante hay menús económicos y la comida es realmente buena. |

A very charming young couple of owners and a group of friendly and very helpful personnel make this hotel an excellent place for ski -family holidays.Also the location is ideal for everything!! There are some steps (signed although) a little bit high for older people and also some care for disabled people. |

1.It is on the mounten, very nice view:) 2. Vrey nice and delicious breakfast 3. Free Parking 4. we called for late ckeck in and they waited for us. 5. Free umbrellas to use while staying:) It is rainy ofcourse. 1.No air condition!!, The weather is nice, cold, 16 celseus, but I needed this information about air conditioning.2.Keys!! Still using keys not electronic cards, and we got only 1 key ofcourse. 3. We change our plans and tried to check out before one night, the hotel refused, and told us that they will charge us((cancellation policy)), So be carefull!! Do not change ur plans!! 4.Pillows!uncomfort! |

The space of the Studio was excellent and has a great restuarent not to mention the area of the hotel. it was very close by to the center of Kapron and the info center there was no air condition |

Die Serviceleistungen des Personals und die Küche hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung des Studios ist super. Ein sehr schönes kleines Familienhotel. |

Vriendelijke bediening, Mooie kamer. Goede lokatie. Redelijke keuken,alle waar naar zijn geld. De maaltijden zijn goed maar sober. Als minder is ervaren dat de niet uitgeserveerde gerechten de volgende dag terug te vinden waren op het gratis buffet in de bar en het ontbijtbuffet. Dit doet terugdenken aan de tijd van het eten van de "kliekjes". De eigenaar doet geen enkele moeite om enig contact met zijn gasten te zoeken.. |

De aangename en efficiënte bediening door het personeel. Ook de ligging van het hotel is prachtig en functioneel voor skiërs. Wij beschikten over een prachtige kamer, van ong 45 m2, maar spijtig genoeg is de badkamer (douche, WC en lavabo) zo klein, dat je er onmogelijk met 2 op kan ... |

Ruime kamer (junior suite), mooi uitzicht, privé balkon. Badkamer gescheiden van WC. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Mooi zwembad onder in het hotel. Het is wat groot en onpersoonlijk. Er was van tevoren nergens melding gemaakt van het feit dat het restaurant alleen voor halfpensiongasten open was, jammer, a la carte eten was niet mogelijk. We moesten dus drie avonden elders gaan eten. |
