Wonderful staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Loved the pool and sauna. Food was excellent, amazing breakfasts. Easy shuttle service into the center.

Äußerlich und objektiv ist das Hotel schön Das Bad im Standard-DZ ist zu klein, keine Abluft vorhanden, Waschbecken war locker, Fön zu kalt! Ameisenstrassen vom Eingang bis zur Dusche ! Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ zu wünschen übrig!!! Der Fisch sollte gekühlt sein, zumindest auf Eis gelegt sein !!! Was er nicht war!!! Insgesamt ist das Haus bzw die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig !!! Dieses 5-Sterne Haus werden wir auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen !!!!!

Хороший отель с традициями. Соответствует цене и качеству. Приветливый персонал. Отличная кухня, как на завтрак, так и авторская на ужин. Спасибо шеф-повару! Из gourmet, наверное лучшая в окрестностях.

la situation , le caractère prevenant et le professionnalisme du personnel, l'amabilité de la patronne, la qualité de la nourriture et le très bon rapport qualité/prix le petit-déjeuner royal certains clients fumaient à l'intérieur dans le salon

We stayed here before and it was great. New manager in 2012 and the quality has dropped significantly. Left waiting in reception for an hour after long journey as they tried to find us a room (we booked in oct 2012 for march2013!) and expected to feel grateful when she located a room!!!!!

It's the 2nd time we've come back to the hotel - this time with an excellent rate via this website. The staff is immensely friendly and helpful and the kitchen is extraordinary! The atmosphere very charming and cosy. Some areas feel slightly outdated like the pool and Spa, but it also gives this hotel a certain character - it's not for the modern luxury seeking types.

Staff, comfort, facilities, cleanliness Would have been nice to have had lighter /snack type meals available at a more reasonable price. The wine available in the fridge was 16 Euros fro a half bottle! A sandwich on room service at 11 Euros plus 10 euros service!

Tennerhof is pure luxe and enjoyment. we loved it. the staff is very friendly, the rooms are adorable, good food, fantastic breakfast..swimming and Spa area are wonderfull ... it is a gem !! the pianoplayer in the bar ( tacky ).. we regret we didn't hear no classic music,... Bruckner, Chopin, Mozart, Wagner ..would have suited well in this environment.. we regret the 'poor' use of the open fire ...only in the evening, with one poor log and all the lights on .. the open fire corner could be more charming and romantic ...

Beautiful scenery, great location near the ski slopes, excellent service, warm and inviting environment, nice spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool with an enchanting view to the Alps. Breakfast and the gourmet dinner were delightful. To sum it up- a great pleasure! Unfortunately, our room-which was a junior suite-was nice though not spacious enough.
