Surrounded by a magnificent mountain landscape, the Alpine Palace is next to the Reiterkogel cable car. This provides direct access to the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang Ski Circus. Room prices at the Alpine Palace New Balance Luxus Resort include the use of the New Balance Alpine Spa (2,000 m²), and in winter a weekly day out skiing to a mountain hut. The in-house ski and snowboarding school offers professional skiing instruction and ski rental. Non-skiers can get active on the cross-country ski runs or go snow-shoe hiking. In summer, mountain biking tours, tennis, football, hiking, canoeing, rafting, and guided motorbike tour are offered. Green fee discounts at the golf course in Zell am See are available. Guided sunrise hikes are also provided. For children the Alpine Palace New Balance Luxus Resort provides a wide range of toys and activities, as well as professional child care and babysitting. The Institute for Vitality Medicine offers physiotherapy, wellness and beauty treatments. The spa area features an indoor pool, a sauna area, a Roman steam bath, and relaxation areas with waterbed lounges. There is also an Alpine beach, an outdoor saltwater pool, an outdoor whirlpool, and a log cabin sauna with breathtaking mountain views. Culinary highlights can be enjoyed in the traditional restaurant Bürgerstube and in the cosy Rauchkuchel. There is also a wine cellar, a sun terrace, a winter garden, a cocktail bar, and the Sky Bar. The card casino is a place for poker players. Guests receive the Sommer JokerCard in summer. Sicher eines der Besten, wenn nicht das Einzige 5 Sterne Hotel, gleich an der Piste und mitten in einem der besten Skigebiete Österreichs. Leider waren die Betriebsgeräusche der Minibar so laut, dass wir Nachts den Stecker ziehen mussten.

Zimmer, Hotellobby, Hotelbar (sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter). Im Wellnessbereich zu wenig Nacktbereich, zu wenig wirklicher Ruhebereich. Hotelgäste teilweise stillos, Atmosphäre in manchen Bereichen des Speiserestaurants ungemütlich. In Summe aber ein sehr schönes Hotel.

spa 1++ sehr große Zimmer super Service Frühstück 1+++ Putzfrau hatte um 9Uhr gesaugt Zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten werden als Doppelbett verkauft. schade

Fantastic restaurant. Sometimes personnel at the reception is not friendly. Staff at the corridor very noisy (loud conversation between staff) early in the morning.( Every day). Poor choice of sweets at breakfast.

Kamers netjes en schoon, modern ingericht. Dicht bij de lift en de piste. Geen wifi op de kamer, luxe, nieuwe kamer, maar in het oude deel van het hotel, ver van de centrale lift E.D. Ik had begrepen dat je tot aan het hotel kon skien, maar dat is door de plaats van de skikelder niet mogelijk.
