Personal de recepció força agradable. Bona ubicacio gràcies al tramvia (a 2 parades del centre), tot i que sobre el mapa no ho sembla.

Tot i que en les fotos l'hotel sembla petit i acollidor, en realitat es enorme i una mica impersonal (la única part realment acollidora es el hall i les sales de reunions).

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby area and nice restaurant.

The decor beyond the lobby, ie. the rooms and hallways, looks dated. The fitness area too could do with some modernising.

The beds were big, comfortable and clean.

Yes...they had no non smoking rooms free, and offered us for 55€ an upgrade!!

no,the staff was rude and not trained properly. It left a bad taste in our mouth and ruined our vaction.

As we walked into the hotel room the safe was locked by the prior guest and the room service order was filled up from the earlier guest. After we were wandering if they even cleaned the room before we came. The pool supposedly was open until 11 but at 10 I had to leave because they were closing! After hey told me that our stay will be 99 Euros but they tried to charge me 143 in the morning.For parking which they told me earlier its included the price. The Front office manager was rude and probably never heard of customer service before. I had to call the Asst. Hotel Manager who was able to handle the situatio

Breakfast buffet

They had only one room reserved for me, instead of the 2 that I had reserved. Instead of quickly sorting it out and giving us the 2 rooms, they insisted that I showed them the email with the confirmation of the reservation, making me feel that I was a liar!

we spend a first night of our honeymoon there, and the night as well as the room was outstanding!!!! recommend to anyone....

The Tourist Information Centre could have been better and known more about restaurants and coffee shops. Hearing that Burger King was the best for coffee was a little disappointing when in Vienna!

The hotel provides excellent comfort within reasonable access to the sights of Vienna. The facilities in the Club rooms were particularly notable and we felt completely at home and able to relax after a hard day's sightseeing. The rooms were very quiet too, so we often overslept in the mornings.

It was too cold. When the weather cooled a little occasionally in Vienna, we were unable to warm up the airconditioning or to turn it off.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel as had expected a lot less less for the price! It was nicely tucked away from the main centre of Vienna yet only 15-20 minutes pleasant walk. The atmosphere was welcoming and our room was a great size, well decorated, clean (and with some of the most comfortable beds we have experienced in a hotel)!

The staff were very helpful in all ways, good location and very comfortable room especially the bed.

They have a tourist office operated by a separate company ,the staff of this company are very unhelpful.I used the hotel desk staff to answer and sort out all my tourist needs in Vienna.

the peace and quiet

Breakfast in garden, good and clean pool and spa facilities, nice flair and spacious entrance hall, close to train station, calm location. Friendly and helpful staff in restaurant area

Unfriendly receptionist, high prize internet access, poor mini bar service and automatic charging policy makes a poor impression anticipating the guest will not pay for consumption.
