Staff was friendly, room was clean, it was very relaxing. The swimming pool was very small, we were disappointed since the swimming pool was an important factor in choosing the hotel. The all you can eat Barbeque for 35/person. It left the impression of being comprised of left overs. Further more, everything in the menu was better priced than the barbeque, and offered better value.

Clean. A convenient location near the Belvedere and the S-Bahn station. The cleaning lady was part of the morning in the room when people were still in bed.

Good guestrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Delicious new year's eve dinner at Boromaeus restaurant. Restaurant Arsenal has got no Vienna flair at all. Service and quality of food is quite poor. The hotel was absolutely full, probably 500 guests. It has got ONE ! lobby bar, can accomodate maximum 20-25 people. This is the only bar or cafe or whatsoever you can name room or cafe or anything where you can sit and have a drink or two. New years eve, new year's day no GM or assistant or F/B manager on hand you could ask anything. Staff is very helpful, young and unexperienced. Management unvisible ! We were a party of 8 and had to take taxis to go to have a drink to the inner city because the hotel lacks of a room to please their guests with these. This was our second stay here, sad that the quality has dropped so much since last year.

Very comfortable beds the food provided at the Lounge was very good I thought the description on the website misleading. I expected something far grander. Regarding the bed room (booked as twin): * tv did not work (no power and not rectified even when informed staff) * could not open the room bar (did not bother to mention to hotel) * a cot was left in our room (obviously a family previously) * I assumed the winter garden was internal - it isn't!!

Very friendly staff, including obliging barman. Excellent breakfast, everything you could want including pancakes, waffles and omelettes cooked to order....wide range of everything and coffee refills. Again very helpful staff, even when we accidently smashed some crockery! Great location for S-Bahn direct from airport plus links into city centre, but quiet hotel - very well sound-proofed rooms. Large hotel but made to feel very welcome! Internet overpriced, 16 euros a day for a business hotel is unjustifiable... in lobby and in rooms although when we had power cut and could no longer use it staff happy to knock price off bill without any dispute whatsoever. Need to reduce fee or make free like most other places though! Otherwise couldn't fault it in the slightest.

The breakfast how it must be in a hotel of this category 1./ The breakfast room was too noisy. It gives you headacke to wake up and sit in such an industrial breakfast room where around 100 or 150 people move and eat all at the same time, it is very noisy. The architecture of the room should be revised in order to minimize noise. May be by building small compartments where each table or group of tables are isolated ones from others. 2./ The bed was too soft and the cover too hot for the standard temperature existing in the room. Really, for an october-november of 15 degrees the cover was definitively too thick, both for my partner and I. 3./ The swimming pool too small. An a pity that in the spa they didn't have jacuzzi
