The bed, linen and pillows are exceptionally soft and comfortable. The hotel is overall of an impeccable standard. Staff are efficient and friendly. The centre is about a 15 to 20 mins journey on the S Bahn and U Bahn (combined) to Stephensplatz. It's also practically next door to Rennweg S Bahn station. It's a largish hotel but don't let that put you off. We actually went back on the 7th July for one night. Breakfast was not of the standard I would have expected, probably due to the fact that we went down quite late in the morning. It's also quite pricey at 24 Euros per person for an American/English style breakfast, however we had this included in the one night's stay on the 7th July. |

We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful hotel and we had a very comfortable HUGE bed with down duvets and many pillows. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and was great with a good variety. It was convienent to the Rennweg S-bahn station (5 minute walk up the road) where you can easily connect to the underground or take a train to Vienna airport. We didn't need to use the Internet but it did seem a bit pricey. We had no problems at all with paying our bill at the end of the stay, everything was correct! No we enjoyed our stay, although if your travlling on a tight budget then there are other alternatives. |

The bed was comfy, clean toilet, nice toiletries, friendly staff, pretty god location. We walked from the subbahnhof to the hotel. It's quite a bit of distance. Actually there are direct tram to the hotel from the train station. I think it will be good if such info is included in the hotel and your booking websites. |

I like very much the bed . (was very big and comfortable) . We stayed in a club room (payed 180 euros more than standard room) but the service during the day was very poor . (refreshments only but nothing to eat . ) So we spend more money although we have payed in advance for this service (snaks ,sweets, etc during the day) . |

It is a lovely hotel fully aware of its history. Hotel personnel is always ready to serve and everything looks political correct. They are fully trained for complying their network behavior standard. The restaurant looks splendid and the atmoshere in the evening could be very romantic. One could start his day in the little pool of the hotel. I would suggest everyone to get a club room because the lounge club is a good idea. The personnel could inform the guests that they will block the entire amount and even more that the administration would presume the guest will spend(when they ask you for a card just as a matter of caution when you check in). This was not a very pleasant surprise since I payed with another card. They just could take the money which they just blocked it! I was unable to find in six rainy days not a single umbrella. Ask for everything because nobody will tell you whether a service is included or it will be extracharged. In the morning I did not find anyone in the pool administration to give me a towel. I had to pay for sauna but the pool was included! The pool is very small (if four people share it it is already crowded). Since the hotel is a bussiness one you could intersect with noisy convention participants, the restaurant could be reserved for special events etc. If it is raining the hotel location could be annoying because there is no u-bahn station arround and the tram station is not very close. If it is sunny this does not count because one could simply walk because Vienna it is just perfect. |

Being able to relax with the ammenities of the pool, garden setting and the convenience of the club lounge for snacks and comfortable chairs with access to the internet was brilliant. Also very convenient to trolley bus with only a few stops to the city centre and shops near by. Breakfast and free minibar included were both also excellent. |

very well run hotel-despite having large numbers of rooms and conference facilities-convenient for Rennweg S-bahn station and trams run along the street direct from the Sudbahnhof station. |

We booked the Imperial Club Room including access to the Club Lounge. The room was very large, well designed, very clean and the bed comfortable. The Club lounge offered drinks and snacks all over the day included in the room rate. The breakfast buffet was huge and very delicious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. No, our stay was perfect. |

The location was very close to the Hop On Hop Off Bus tours. I made it very convenient to see the beautiful city of Vienna. For a Renaissance Hotel, it is expected the toiletry items would be replenished daily, but that was not the case. For a four day stay, we had to asked the front desk why we did not receive a bar of soap of shower gel. |

The beds were super comfy and the staff was very friendly I did not like that fact that one has to pay for the internet in the rooms. Free Wifi would have been great. The hotel costs enough already that one should not have to pay for the internet. |

The quiet location. While it is relatively close to the city it's a little unfriendly from a public transport view point. |

A nice hotel, not too far from the city center: The room are standards but larges and confortables, the reception hall is beautifull and the swiming pool/sports devices is a good plus. The staff was professionnal and very kind to us. I was sorry that the Sauna was not free, the breakfast is very expensive but there are Café close to the hotel where you can have a good one for a reasonable price. |
