The staff were very friendly, great hotel
Good location for accessing most sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good comfortable rooms.
The hôtel style, the location, the great breakfast buffet until 11am.
Room not cold enough. Could have used a proper air conditioned room. But must say the staff tried their best to make r stay comfortable.
Nice location, next to Rennweg station(direct to the airport) Swimming pool, sauna & hammam facility Nice garden for breakfast
Poor breakfast service and quality of products
helpfull staff wonderfull food and service great rooms and excelente overall
The Rooms are very comfortable. Quiet room. Great breakfast and good location, very suitable for going to the airport
There is no free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby
breakfast was good, bed comfortable, good choice of tv channels and close to train line to airport
price of drinks at bar expensive, noise of other residents shouting slamming doors etc, not hotels fault, garden poor
Hot rooms hous keeping not very good clean staff not so good
We arrived to Vienna early morning and our room was already available. The breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly.
the pool is not long enough :)
the room. the facilities. the grounds. the reception.
Nice breakfast especially outdoors Helpful staff
Ceilings really low and cramped feeling
You have to pay extra for the sauna.
The history behind the hotel, the kindness of the waiters on the terrace, the lobby and its majesty
Unkindness of welcoming staff, the fact to no free wi-fi is available
Great location Impeccable service Great price/value ratio
friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, 2 minutes walk to s-bahn station
lack of wi-fi free of charge
Comfortable bed and spacious room
They did not consider that we were an older couple and our rooms were the last down a long corridor. We had to lug our bags on our own to the lifts when leaving. No tea making facilities in room and not available around hotel except for breakfast. First hotel we have struck that did not have this available. Having travelled through 5 countries.
Restaurant staff very helpful Claus in particular was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms
Reception staff not very friendly, made a mistake with the payment of our booking and got annoyed with us when we tried to question it.
lovely hotel, great rooms and sunbathing pool area, delicious breakfast
The hotel is elegant. However there's nothing to like beyond that.
Very poor service at the restaurant. We've to wait about 30min to be served because the waiter & waitress just passed by us until summoned. And we waited for another 45min for the food to arrive. There was another table across from ours which was left in a mess uncleared from the time we arrives and even after we left. While we saw right in front of us of a supervisor with his hands full of dirty plates had a napkin fell from the tray he was carrying. Instead of setting the tray down or send the tray to the kitchen first and come back for the napkin later, he just kick the napkin until it reached behind a bar counter. The staffs need to be sent back for training or they shouldn't be in the service industry.
Not too much in the way of restaurants in the immediate area
Possible to walk into town although it's about 20-25 mins.
Even though I had booked a non smoking room, I was given a smoking room which smelt horrendous. I did then get to change room, but the new one was rather dusty. The cost of breakfast and wifi is ridiculous.
There was a good warm breakfast, the pool was OK and not too cold, and it was air-conditioned, which helps when it is well over 30 centigrade.
I wish it would have been cheaper to upgrade to a club-room. I would not have minded paying 30-50 Euro, but it was almost 100 Euro extra. It would have also been nice if we had a water cooker and tea bags and a bathrobe/slippers.
Buffet breakfast is excellent.
Wifi in the rooms is expensive.
We had arrived at midday earlier than the check-in time as we had to go to a wedding and they made sure to find us a room so that we could change. Wonderful staff, very well planned bathrooms and a full double bed rather than two joined singles that you usually find with a great array of pillows and a super comfortable mattress.
The breakfast that we ordered as room service was not so good. The pancakes were too sweet and the spinach in the omelette was too greasy. Individual breakfast components are reasonably priced if you don't want to spend 20 euros on a full breakfast.
