The 5-star Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Wien-City enjoys a very convenient location in Vienna, just behind Vienna’s Town Hall and only a 5-minute walk from the Ringstraße Boulevard.

didnt like the fact it took 6 phonecalls/visits to reception to get the TV fixed. also, although my fault as didnt read the small print, cant believe that in this age itnernet is 14euros per day??
The rooms as clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
The location is not the best in town. No wifi in rooms.
Good breakfast but the pancakes were not cooked enough! :)
Nice and helpfull staff Excellent breakfast with big variety of food and meals Quiet and spacy room Free access to pool Walk distance to the city center
We could hear traffic like it was passing in pour room, although I specifically asked for a quiet room. We could not sleep a second.
I stayed in the business area of the hotel so I had the opportunity to use a very comfortable and silent zone. It's 40 minutes walking from the center of Vienna.
The hotel had any information about our booking through Booking.com. Even though we had a reservation rooms with breakfast included in the price, we were charged for breakfast, with the fact, that we have to deal it with Booking.com.
Breakfast staff very polite
Heater of room was not working... Technician came to our room but couldn't solve the problem. .. The room was so cold we couldn't get out of the bed
Breakfast was good
No free Wifi at the room
There are a lot of extras. A your comfortability depends on room service. I had NO: slippers, bath robe, mini-bar refreshment. Instead of that I was participating the famous game named "double charge of credit card". One amount was blocked upon check-in and the same was charged upon checking-out. First (blocked) amount is still blocked.
The breakfast was good and a large array of food.
The hotel was overpriced for what you get, we asked for glasses in the room other than the coffee glasses we had and they said they would charge us for the use of the glasses. Furthermore the room was very small and my husband who is tall hit his head on the roof that is very low lying. We paid 40 euro for a less fancy hotel and felt the amenities were as good as this hotel. Disappointed.
Swimming pool indoor. Bar Location close to the tram
Room service workers noisy while they cleaning others rooms.
Just came back home from Vienna, where we stayed in this hotel. The stay was really brilliant! We arrived at 10.00 in the morning and got our room immediately. We booked Junior Suite at Club floor, it included access to Club Lounge, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and different snacks and drinks during the day. The location is very good, you can walk to Vienna center or take a bus nr 4A and it will deliver you to Karslplatz/Opera in 6 min. Belvedere garden is 1 stop by tram 71. It is also very close to Rennweg S-Bahn station, where the train from/to the airport arrives. The hotel is in 3 min walking distance from the station. The room was very quite and clean, the bed really comfortable, very good bed lining, big choice of pillows. Breakfast was fantastic - huge choice of cold snacks, also hot snacks like scrambled eggs, sausages, fried tomatoes, pancakes, waffles etc. Fresh juice and fruits. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
The only thing I have to mention - it would be wise to print on the room card some information about breakfast time, pool, sauna and fitness working time. We did not find it neither on the room card, nor in the room.
Security and hygiene comfort.
Exceptional personnel, good location, excellent breakfast, perfect atmosphere - mix of traditional and modern
The journey was absolutely perfect !!!
The wifi should be free in business suites
Everthing was nice except
they wanted to charge me for breakfast despite the fact that I made reservation with breakfast booking.com fault????
Bright and lively
The view was the back of a mall... not so pleasant.
Good conference facilities
!9 euros a day for internet access in room is unacceptable
Exclusive Club Floor Quiet room Comfortable bed Helpful staff in all departments Excellent breakfast
No in room tea and coffee possibilities Two single duvets would have been preferable to one huge duvet on our excellent king size bed. Arsenal Restaurant menu inappropriate for upscale international hotel (but service good). Was virtually empty when we dined there
nice 4 star hotel.interesting breakfast.
no free wi fi and a liitle bit far from the center.
no access to tea/coffee outside prescribed times
Nice location as the main sightseeing can be done by walking or taking the public transport near the hotel
The price for the parking garage was incredible expensive (24 Euros a day). The hotel should offer a reduced price for guests staying in their hotel.
Location was very close to train from airport, this was great!
Could have a little better directions on line how to find the hotel; the stop and where to turn once out of the train.
The staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful
