The rooms are beautiful and the staff is highly attentive. We had problems with the heating/AC in the room and the noise of the heating/ventilation system outside our window. Sleeping was a challenge because the room over heated and if you opened the window, you heard the whirring of the H/VAC. We tried switching rooms, but there wasn't a room available that didn't have the same noise problem. We called for assistance with the heating system every night and the problem was never rectified despite their efforts.

the location is fantastic and the stuff very friendly.didnt have breakfast think price is very high.generaly a nice hotel very nice bathroom maybe not 5 star but who cares when u r in the center of vienna one of most beatifull city in europe. its a 5 star hotel but reception and lobbi not 5 star.

Exellent staff, put them selves out to please. It was so hot inside, I had to keep going outside for a dose of -10 degree air. Couldn't turn heating down in room.

Excellent location, nice room and friendly staff. No parking for the hotel, they let you park at a sister hotel's parking lot. Make sure you obtain the admission card from the the ring or let them park it for you, otherwise you will pay extra at the sister's hotel.

1.The room was not a 5 stars room. After 12 hours the AC got the room temp. to 24 C. 2.Concierge was not able to get a reservation for Steirereck restaurant and when I called the restaurant it was possible !!!!! 3. No on site parking

Large, well-appointed room in a good location on the Inner Ring, easily accessible for trams and subway and a short walk from the city centre sights. Initially disappointed that the room didn't meet my expectation, but my stay was very pleasant nonetheless.

Everything with the exeption of young and untrained staff that was mixing the dates of my sigtseeng tours reservations, advised improper restaurant. It was polite, smiling and ... unprofessional. Non-professional and inexperienced young staff at the reception spoils the impression. The rest is fine.

The pillows and quilts were so soft meaning the bed was so comfortable. The chocolates provided by the turn down service were delicious and unusual flavours. The quality of the toiletries was also excellent. The fact that breakfast was not included made the hotel very very expensive.
