Very comfortable room and bed, amazing location, and staff members generally very friendly and helpful. They arranged a last minute, early morning check in for us, by upgrading our room type for free. Would definitely go again |

Loved the Nespresso machine! Room and lobby were nice, but nothing special. Good location on the Kartner Ring, but more of a business hotel than a weekender / romantic getaway |

the hotel is close to the ring square which is really good, as well the staff were really helpful and try to give you what ever you ask for. the comfortable rooms especially that we stayed in Vienna before and the hotel provides better rooms than other hotels with a resonable charges. we had to check out late which is something the hotel could not give us. as will the package did not include breakfast which is something they should take into consideration in the future. |

Perfect location. Just a block in either direction to the opera house, concert hall, Musikverein. And just a couple of blocks to the Kunsthistorische Museum and the rest of "museum quarter." Definitely pricey. Tram noise, also. |

the hotel has very good location, very clean, services are good with the exception of roomservice not replying promptly specially in the evening almost impossible you have to go through the concierge or actually the reception on which you give them order then it is realised! |

The design of the hotel is very hip and modern and the bed is very comfortable! I liked the Molton Brown toiletries and the free WIFI. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is completely overpriced! Beware of the noise level if your room faces the main street. |

Everything was new and beautifully designed. The breakfast menu was very expensive and not particulary good, |

Great location, great hotel overall The room was very small and although light enough due to the skylights, you could not see outside which was a bit claustrophobic. Also it's location right below the gym makes it a little loud when there's someone using the machines. Last, the aircon made an occasional very loud noise. |

This hotel was fabulous. The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean and the amenities were great (Molton Brown) and replenished every day. The hotel breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no breakfast buffet. |

Superb location and perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and dining in Vienna. Fabulous choice if you don't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel but out and about. Adequately affable amenities (Love the bed but not the pillows) yet rather small guestrooms. Generally friendly, helpful, and well-informed staff yet due to Viennese coldness they lack welcoming warmth. It would be great if they smile and be more delightful! The rates should include breakfast or other packages suitable for different types of travellers. |

Fantastic location, excellent service, great rooms, nespresso coffee machine in the rooms, forthcoming, unpretentious service. Sauna has view over Karlskirche. Massage was below average. |

The Ring is near the historical downtown and about 100 meters from the Opera. The service is excellent as you expect from a five stars hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. |

Very helpful and kind staff. Luxorious hotel with nice, tasteful and quiet rooms. Well equipped stilish bathrooms. The room temperature was perfect. Superb location, close to the main interesting points and shopping areas. Excellent. There is no swimming pool or jacuzzi, and the room rates are a bit expensive. |
