The location was very convenient for visiting Vienna. There was no airconditioning in the rooms. As it was quite warm, we had to leave our windows open at night even though we were facing out onto a noisy street. Not very relaxing! |

we stayed three nights and the hotel was excellent. Good bed, near the Rathaus and other attractions. We also liked the design of the rooms. We are now planning a future trip and will most likely stay at this hotel. It would be nice to have some cheese, fruit included in the continental breakfast |

Free wi-fi. Very good location for the city center. It is rather expensive for what it offers. Poor breakfast...Reception closing early and no mini bar in the room so you have to stop to a shop before arriving to the hotel if it is past 20.00 |

very comfortable, enjoy it a lot, kitchen provided and living room are excellent. always sat back after a whole day sightseeing no air condition, which is really bad..no fan either. it would be very hot during the summer |

Very noisy street. Parking that is located 10min walk and very expensive if not pre-arranged with hotel. Breakfast is not worth going for. |

Quite responsive personnel at reception that is ready to correct mistakes of the technical staff. Disappointing hotel: the room was dirty when we came - clothes of my children need to be washed after several minutes of playing at the floor; towels with unknown spots. The most awful was the dirty furnishing for our baby - it was just relocated from other room with no washing & ironing - spots of juice and pieces of food on it - really disgusting. |

We stayed in a superior room which was excellent. Facilities are limited though (no bar) but room had a small kitchen. The room aslo had a full home cinama set up but no DVD's at reception so take your own if you are planning a night in. All and all highly recommended |

Within Walking distance to the centre of town, English speaking news channels, good restaurant next door Parking is difficult to find and not near the hotel, it also needs to be validated by hotel staff or it is extremely expensive. I was not told this until I had paid for parking at full price. Tiny lift that does not fit bag and a person, awful breakfast served in a tiny, dark room with one table which all patrons expected to share. Only other option is to "take food to room and eat on bed" |

Extrem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr praktisch ausgestattete Appartements mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Eignet sich sehr gut, wenn man einen längeren geschäftlichen Aufenthalt vorhat. Man könnte rein theoretisch bei BILLA um die Ecke einkaufen und schnell selbst kochen. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Top Kaffee, Tee, Saft, frische Brötchen, Hörnchen oder Brot, dazu praktische Aufstriche, was will man mehr. Die Lage ist gut, man kommt zu Fuß in den 1. Bezirk, UBahn 5 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sachlich ausgestattet, überflüssiger Luxus fehlt. ABER: es war Messe, die ECOC. In normalen 4- Sterne Hotels kostet dann die Nacht 200 - 250 Euro, hier nur ca. 100 Euro ! Achten Sie bei der Buchung darauf, dass das Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof liegt, nach vorne kann es lauter werden. |

mooie inrichting! Het appartement was erg vies! het bad liep niet goed leeg. En geen airco voor een 4 sterren hotel kan eigenlijk niet! Het was zeer warm in de kamers! Erg nare uitcheck; de dame achter de receptie wilde ons het volledige parkeerbedrag laten betalen, omdat ze eigenlijk geen kaarten van 18 euro meer had ("tja, het was gisteren druk geweest en had alle kaarten van 18 euro verkocht!") Ja, en...dat was toch niet ons probleem? Uiteindelijk bood ze toch maar aan het verschil terug te betalen (met een boos hoofd en alsof wij wat fout hadden gedaan) Eigenlijk onacceptabel om zo met gasten om te gaan! |

Lage ist sehr gut. Einrichtung der Zimmer auch in Ordnung Das Frühstück war sehr einfach alles aus Dosen Wurst, Käse, Marmelade.Man kann nur im Sommer im Innenhof frühstücken. Im Winter muß man aufs Zimmer gehen. Leider fehlt in der Nähe ein Kaffeehaus wo man morgens frühstücken kann. |

de kamer was erg ruim (en dan hadden we volgens mij nog de kleinste versie) en voorzien van alle gemakken. ook het bad in de hotelkamer vond ik erg prettig. Het "simpele" ontbijt was ook prima! eigenlijk maar 1 klein puntje: het was heel warm binnen, ondanks dat de verwarming niet aan stond. |

Comfortabel en schoon De matras en hoofdkussens waren te zacht. Ook het ontbijt voor 7 euro was een beetje duur want er is weinig keus (allen maar brood). Voor de prijs, heb ik yogurt of cereals ook verwacht. |

Wunderschönes historisches Haus mit romantischem Innenhof. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete, riesige Zimmer mit so ziehmlich allen Annehmlichkeiten. Lage des appartmenthotels ebenfalls 1a! 5 min zur nächsten U. Waren wochenends im Hotel, daher war die Kurzparkzone direkt vor dem Hotel gratis. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wenn es etwas auszusetzen gäbe, dann vielleicht dass die Zimmer zwar sauber aber leicht abgewohnt waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher spartanisch gehalten, jedoch qualifativ gut und daher ausreichend. Würde alles in allem definitiv wieder kommen. |
