Staff was very good, very attentive. The room was excellent, especially the bathroom when compared to other hotels of similar rating. I will happily go back in the future.

Breakfest, staff

Charge they charged me was higher than one, I booked. The room was too small. Definitelely not 5* standard.

Hotel staff were excellent, from reception, to housekeeping to the restaurant - they really do have exceptional staff.

Possibly not enough staff at reception, only 1 on the evening I check in and at the times I needed to ask questions. To ask a question I always had to wait, I think for the price there should be 2 people at reception to assist guests.

The modern design of the interiors is fabulous fun - a great contrast with the old buildings in the city. The courtyard is a lovely retreat too.

The entrance is really difficult to get into with heavy bags. There is no doorman (which should be standard for a 4-5star hotel), the door is heavy to open and there are dangerous slippery steps to climb immediately. In fact, you dont even know you are in the right place, till you've right inside the foyer upstairs.
