Central position, interesting design

There are real problems with their breakfast service. On the first morning the staff did not know how to repair the broken coffee machine. On the 2nd day after eating their breakfast I got indigestion (maybe because of the suspiciously sour-tasting salmon). You dont stay at a 5- stars to get that however. Very restricted number of foreign tv channels (mostly German and Turkish, almost no French and no Russian). Mistake in my name printed in their greeting letter.

I love the design of the hotel and the room. I will love to stay there again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The staff at the desk are helpful and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of continental cheese and cold cuts as well as a few English breakfast items. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.

They have no one to help carry the luggage up the stairs to the reception from the entrance. There is no wifi Internet available in the room only in the common areas. The restaurant is not open on a Sunday and there is not a good selection of restaurants or anything close to the hotel you have to walk for 15 mins to get into the center of Vienna.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great and we even got a bottle of Champagne with some new year wishes.

The location was really good, ideally placed for the underground and within easy walk of the main sights. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was listed as 5 star. There's no way this could be accurate. The bathroom was small, the shower door was not able to open without lifting it and the shower head was mostly blocked. Having said that it was a comfortable stay and we didn't really feel the need to complain. It was just not 5 star and I'd probably rate it as a good 3 star.

The hotel was fine, however hotel has tried to charge the credit card - has blocked the amounts for accommodation on the cards - while all expenses have been prepaid before our arrival!!!

The staff at the Levante are superb, friendly and helpful. Attention to detail is great, the rooms are spotlessly clean and everything looks brand new. The free welcome drinks were a lovely touch and breakfast is really delicious with masses of choice!

Very friendly stuff, very good breakfast. The room are nice with a modern design...

The WiFi signal in my room on the 1.st floor was very weak ;( In the lobby and bar area is the connection very good and even for free ;)

everything was perfect ~! Sure will be visiting it again !

Excellent disign hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel's position is extremely convenient, near the metro station and in walking distance from the Hofburg Palace and other important monuments. Fully recommended,

Hotel did not offer a free WiFi access in rooms. Even 3-star hotels in our time have free wi-fi. In any case, the benefits for hotels that offer reliable and free WiFi access are undeniable. A guest is more likely to return to a hotel that offers free room Wi-Fi.
