The Levante Parliament is a modern, centrally located design hotel directly behind Vienna’s town hall and the Austrian Parliament. Most important sights are within easy walking distance. This 5-star hotel features a wonderful 4,305 ft² garden area and the Nemtoi Restaurant and Bar, which serves Austrian and international cuisine. The Levante Parliament has a fitness center and a sauna, which can be used free of charge. There is a 24-hour reception, as well as a concierge and a porter service. Located in a nice sector of Vienna, near metro station and at walking distance of mayor touristic atractions. Rooms are very well kept and large for european standards. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Breakfast are very good.

The staff was excellent. Terrific location to all the major sights in Vienna. Food was top quality with very well informed wait staff. Our room was quiet and since we requested a nonsmoking room we were pleased that there are three floors that are totally nonsmoking. We would stay again.

The location of hotel is very good. Possible accomodate with pets. Breakfast was good. Not clean room, staff of hotel not very helpfull, very expensive parking place 25 EUR/day, not good standard of spa (for macimum 2 persons), ...

Great hotel very friendly staff ; an excellent break, in a beautiful hotel with extremely helpful and polite staff. Hotel did not offer a free WiFi access in rooms. Even 3-star hotels in our time have free wi-fi. In any case, the benefits for hotels that offer reliable and free WiFi access are undeniable. A guest is more likely to return to a hotel that offers free room Wi-Fi.

The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The staff at the desk are helpful and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of continental cheese and cold cuts as well as a few English breakfast items. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They have no one to help carry the luggage up the stairs to the reception from the entrance. There is no wifi Internet available in the room only in the common areas. The restaurant is not open on a Sunday and there is not a good selection of restaurants or anything close to the hotel you have to walk for 15 mins to get into the center of Vienna.

The location was really good, ideally placed for the underground and within easy walk of the main sights. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel was listed as 5 star. There's no way this could be accurate. The bathroom was small, the shower door was not able to open without lifting it and the shower head was mostly blocked. Having said that it was a comfortable stay and we didn't really feel the need to complain. It was just not 5 star and I'd probably rate it as a good 3 star.

good location, well proportioned rooms. 3 days - 3 rooms. Not sure we got Superior Double Room we booked. Requested a quiet room and for the first night got a room beside a lift. Got moved for the next night to a room with no heat - we were provided with a fan blower and promised it would be fixed the next day. Double bed was now 2 singles pushed together. The heating was not fixed the next day, their solution was to supply another low heater "it is not as cold as outside". Third room change, double bed is still 2 singles pushed together. Dripping water from ceiling in bathroom. No one took responsibility for really fixing the problems, no compensation offered, no one listened. Therefore for the €500 price tag for 3 nights, this was really not good enough.

The hotel was fine, however hotel has tried to charge the credit card - has blocked the amounts for accommodation on the cards - while all expenses have been prepaid before our arrival!!!

Modern design, central location 3 minutes walk to u (subway station), nice breakfast. Would expect free wireless internet form this kind of hotel, this should be a basic standard facility and not a way to make some extra EUR'S.

The staff at the Levante are superb, friendly and helpful. Attention to detail is great, the rooms are spotlessly clean and everything looks brand new. The free welcome drinks were a lovely touch and breakfast is really delicious with masses of choice!

Very friendly stuff, very good breakfast. The room are nice with a modern design... The WiFi signal in my room on the 1.st floor was very weak ;( In the lobby and bar area is the connection very good and even for free ;)

Excellent disign hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel's position is extremely convenient, near the metro station and in walking distance from the Hofburg Palace and other important monuments. Fully recommended,
