really great location, 24 hour reception. very clean, comfortable room, rich breakfast buffet. carefully designed and decorated room can't think of anything! |

The Penz Hotel in accessible in a central location, with a exceedingly friendly staff and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet. It does not offer the amenities of a luxury hotel, but if you don't need them, it is a good value for the money. I'd recommend it any day. |

I found it very convenient to have the possibility to check out until 4PM. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The best hotel-breakfast I ever had! |

Very clean and modern. Especially like their buffet breakfast - amazing spread of food. The location is excellent too One of the managers is most unfriendly...very cold and nonchalant. Not the right attitude for the hospitality business. |

Very helpful staff at front desk. They always helped us with our Ski kit both when leaving the hotel to go up to the mountans and when we returned. They also helped us get Ski hire and lessons arranged very quickly. |

Das Design des Hotels sowie die Aussicht im 5. Stock beim Frühstück und der Bar! Für ein 4* Hotel erwarte ich vom Personal mehr Professionalität und Kundenorientierung! Es fehlen hier ein paar erfahrene Mitarbeiter die den "Nachwuchskräften" Ihr Wissen weitergeben! Obwohl das Personal bemüht war, fehlt einfach das 4* Niveau! |

Staff professionale. La colazione davvero eccellente al top della categoria. Ricca e variegata vanta persino la presenza di frutta esotica e per tutti i gusti e salmone fresco. unico appunto un problema al momento del ceck-out relativamente allo scontrino del parcheggio. L'addetto ha fatto storie perchè il suo collega non aveva annotato che il giorno prima ero uscito con la macchina: la cosa mi ha lasciato perplesso e non capivo cosa voleva da me. Ma questo nulla toglie alla qualità complessiva del soggiorno tutto sommato ottima. |

Lokalizacja, dobry dojazd + garaż, sprawna i uprzejma, uśmiechnięta obsługa, wyśmienite śniadania !!!!, widoki górski i miasta z sali sniadan, widoki z windy, dobrze fukcjonujący bar, interesujące oświetlenie, konsekwencja aranzacyjna wnętrz, hałas w nocy pochodzący od osob dochodzących do windy ( słaba dżwiekochłonność drzwi - dwukrotne doświadczenie z III p.) , hałas wczesnoporanny z ulicy (śmieciarki, autobusy), brak przekąsek w porze wieczornej w barze |

Jolie chambre , jolie vue , hôtel d'un niveau luxe . Petit déjeuner epoustoufflant . Exemple section fruits frais près de 30 fruits au choix . section jus de fruits 3 variétés de jus de pommes , section gâteaux une vraie petite patisserie . Situation de l'hôtel en centre ville ( à 5 minutes du toit d'or ) . Prix de la chambre assez élevé . Prix du parking franchement excessif ( 15 euros ) d'autant que c'est un parking public ( tout le monde y a accès et pas seulement les clients de l'hôtel ) , situé en sous sol et que la nuit , il est plutôt désert . Absence de restaurant . |
