Very clean and modern. Especially like their buffet breakfast - amazing spread of food. The location is excellent too One of the managers is most unfriendly...very cold and nonchalant. Not the right attitude for the hospitality business. |

Very helpful staff at front desk. They always helped us with our Ski kit both when leaving the hotel to go up to the mountans and when we returned. They also helped us get Ski hire and lessons arranged very quickly. |

Goed en vriendelijk personeel. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Parkeerkosten (parkeergarage) wordt extra berekend. Vlekken op de vloerbedekking in de gang. |

Die zentrale Lage und vor allem das Fühstück sowie Servicepersonal sind eine positive Bemerkung wert. Eine verschmutzte Toilette im Zimmer ist für mich unakzeptabel. |

Freundlichkeit und Service der Mitarbeiter, stylisches Hotel, sehr schöner Frühstücksbereich, Vielfalt des Frühstücksangebots Nur der Preis über booking.com. Die Broschüre des Tourismusbüros gibt als Höchstpreis € 140,- an, was unsere Freunde am selben Wochenende auch bezahlt hatten - wir dagegen € 190,-! über booking.com. |

das Frühstück war gigantisch und das Personal sehr freundlich der Putzwagen stand den ganzen Tag auf dem Gang und die Teppische hatten Flecken was das Gesamtbild etwas störte |

Zentrale Lage. Modernes, klares Design. Exquisites Frühstücksbuffet. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr ruhige Zimmer. Bar, manchmal mit Live-Musik. Parkgebühr ist im Zimmerpreis nicht inbegriffen, was bei einem Hotel dieser Preislage wünschenswert wäre. |

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet mit liebe zum Detail. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage des Hotels in der Stadt sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffett hat eine riesige Auswahl diverser Köstlichkeiten geboten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr früh unterwegs und war den ganzen Tag im Gang tätig. Teilweise hatte man beim vorbeigehen Einblicke in das Reinigungszimmer, das den ganzen Tag offen stand. |

Die Lage, Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Sauberkeit und Einrictung der Zimmer Befremdet ist die Tatsache dass man als Nicht Hotelgast ohne Mühe in die oberen Etagen gelangen kann |

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum sehr schön mit sensationeller Aussicht und nettem Personal. Zimmer gegen den Platz eher laut in der Nacht (Partyleute) und am Morgen (Altglasentsorgung - auch am Ostersonntag!). Etwas gouvernantenhaftes Empfangspersonal. Nur ein Waschlappen am ersten Tag - am zweiten gar keiner mehr! |
