The shower water mixer is not performing well foe all the rooms we booked
Location choice of food for breakfast friendliness of staff quality of room parking top floor restaurant and bar
lack of wardrobe space smoking in the lounge area
Very stylish glass fronted hotel with outstanding views and modern facilities in central district of innsbruck
We liked the breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was great. The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small.
I was in Austria as my Son was in hospital due to a snowboarding accident and the staff were fantastic both in accommodating me and assisting me in sorting out my son's equipment which was at a resort 2 hours away. I would love to return under happier circumstances. Following a major operation my son is now home and making good progress. Your assistance was greatly appreciated. Michael Culverwell
Excellent location near to the old town, helpful staff, breakfasts were the best ever, modern hotel with full facilities, sleek glass-sided lifts, 5th floor bar with great views.
An all time first, no criticisms whatsoever !
Location was very good, in the centre of the city and close to the Christmas Markets. Room was clean but a little small. Staff we friendly enough.
The bathroom has a window through to the main room. So when using the bathroom at night, the light from the bathroom woke up my partner every time.
Very good location. Good breakfast with choice of exotic fruits.
Location and parking
Breakfast not as good as last time
Breakfast was outstanding, I have never seen such variety before - like 20 types of fruits and 15 different jams. Room new and modern. Bar on 5 floor has some good wine.
Room could be bigger for its price, but we stayed ultrahighseason - jan 2, fri, night, so may have paid an ultra price.
Breakfast is excellent with varieties of fruits including tropical fruits. Superb.
A very good hotel, well situated and excellent attentive staff. Can thoroughly recommend this.
Nothing at all
very helpful and friendly staff at reception. great view and variety at breakfast great location.
Cool, contemporary hotel in the center of Innsbruck. Convenient location to the major historical sites, attractions and shopping. The staff was entremely helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive with exotic fruits and unique selections.
Excellent, varied breakfast.
Room was a bit dingy.
WOW what a great place, convenient location central to everything. Nothing was a problem and the breakfast was amazing i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.
Located in the city center, great breakfast..the best I've had till now, clean!
A little bit expensive for 4 stars hotel
no conditioner for hair
central location, good quality hotel
Very modern design which is located just next to the Alstadt of Innsbruck. The most impressive part would be the spacious underground car park which is not common in European country. Secondly, the staff has given us very warm welcome. Thirdly, the internet speed is one of the fastest.
Close to town centre, cleanliness, staff
A little bit pricey
Excellent breakfast Good location Staff very friendly and helpful
The glass in the upper walls of the bathroom disturbs when using it by one of the occupants. Rooms not very large. Bar includes smoking areas. Not comfortable
Superior double room was modern, clean, not overly big but comfortable enough. It was pleasantly furnished, the only thing i missed was having a desk chair. The bathroom was also very nice. Beds were comfy, but pillows were very flat, so we just requested more, which they supplied immediately. Staff were for the most part friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. You will not find a more extensive selection of exotic fruits and gourmet foods anywhere. It is served in a lovely large room on the 5th floor which has a beautiful terrace and gorgeous mountain views. There was always a big bowl of apples at reception. Location was excellent. Walk through the adjoining shopping mall and you are on Maria Theressen Strasse in the heart of all the action with the Golden Roof just down that road. Its a very short and cheap ride from the station by taxi and there is a bus stop just around the corner. There is also no shortage of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. One particularly nice one is called "My Indigo" where they serve great soups, salads and curries.
Two things that were a bit awkward with the bathroom were that you had to close the bathroom door to get to the toilet and the other was that the wall separating the bedroom and bathroom had a big glass panel in it (it is not a full wall). The problem here is that if one person goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night the bathroom light filters through to the bedroom disturbing the other person. Similarly, if you don't both get up at the same time in the morning, you have that same problem.
Everything but the pillows
