Tiszta, gyönyörű, modern szállodakomplexum. A személyzet módfelett barátságos, figyelmes. A fürdő fantasztikus! A vacsoránk és a reggelink minden pénzt megért, rá is kérdeztünk, hogy Michelin csillagos-e az étterem, annyira különleges ízekkel és összeállítással találkoztunk a szállodában.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Der hoteleigene Saunabereich ist sehr gepflegt und erholsam. Das Servicepersonal in der Bar beim Zugang zum Saunabereich wirkt ziemlich überfordert.

Понравился отдых, тишина в отеле, внимательный персонал, отличные бассейны Не меняли халаты на протяжении всего прибывания и плохой ужин в ресторани, хотя завтраки и обеды были отличными.

+Die Vielfalt des Frühstücks war hervorragend. Ein Glas Prosecco inkludiert hätte noch zur 100% Zufriedenheit beigetragen. +Der hoteleigene Spa-Bereich ist ganz fein und komfortabel. Tee- und Obstangebot würde das Wohlgefühl noch steigern. +Positiv ist auch, dass die Parkgarage im Preis enthalten ist. +Auch das Suppenangebot am Nachmittag wurde von uns freudig angenommen. +Dass es in der Nähe des Autos eine Tagesgarderobe gibt. +Das Interieur des Zimmers ist ansprechend. Obstangebot im Zimmer :) - Dass bei Ankunft die Zimmertemperatur sehr niedrig war und die erhöhte Heizungsstufe sehr laut war - dass uns bei Ankunft die Handhabung der Tagesgarderobe mit Spintschlüssel etc. nicht erklärt wurde. - dass für den 2. Tag der Thermeneintritt nicht inkludiert war, bzw.mein Gutschein dafür vom Hotel nicht angenommen wurde!!! Das sollte doch verrechnungstechnisch möglich sein. Ansonsten alles bestens!:)

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Ambiente in der Lounge und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Kleine Mängel im Zimmer wie zB. kaputter Abflussstopfen der eig. bei der Reinigung bemerkt werden müsste & dass es im sogenannten "Whirlpool" nur die selben Düsen gab, die es auch im öffentlichen Schwimmbad gegeben hat und keine richtige Whirlpoolfunktion

Výborné místo pro odpočinek. Laa je klidné romantické městečko plné milých lidí. Hotel je skvěle vybaven - termální bazény, sauny, masáže. Pokoje jsou čisté a prostorné. Kuchyně je na velmi vysoké úrovni. Zaměstnanci jsou přátelští. Pro Čechy je jistě příjemné, že polovina personálu mluví česky.

Die gut ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer, der schöne Spa- und Wellnessbereich, der zwar klein aber sehr fein ist. Die Themenaufgüsse in der Saune haben wir sehr genossen und die Behandlungen und Massagenwaren excellent. Wir haben den Afenthalt wirklich sehr genossen, wenn es überhaupt eienn Kritikpunkt gibt, dann wäre zu erwähnen, dass die Küche noch Verbesserungspotential hat. Der Pool ist zwar zum Plantschen nett, aufgrund der Form aber nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

zu viele Personen im Spa Der Zimmerpreis war ohne Abendessen , und somit zu teuer da fast alle Wellnesshotels das Abendesenim Preisincludieren Wir hatten mit Hund gebucht , wurde von Ihnen auch bestätigt, die Therme hat uns grose Probleme gemacht da Sie das angeblich nicht mitgeteilt haben einckecken ab 15 Uhr finden wir zu spät
