You can find everything you need in the hotel - starting with pools and therms and finishing with a nice restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly, professinal (and multilingual). Besides I was intrigued by the architecture of the hotel - there are at least three building on two levels. The hotel is situated a bit far from ski lifts. But only a bit - the nearest ski lift is in three hundred meters away and I could get there even in ski boots.

Super!!! The hotel is best one that I have ever visited in Austria. Very good service and comfort. Delicious food! Excellent spa!

It's an "all 10" hotel. Very warm welcome, professional staff, delicious dinners (would deserve a Michelin star!), various spa facilities, spacious rooms, breathtaking surroundings, relaxing atmosphere. Fast Wi-fi in the rooms.

I took a journalist here to review the region and she loved the hotel and the resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim. This is a super hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. It is superb for ski holidays or for relaxing in the spa. I would certainly come back anytime!

Probabilmente il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato: perfezione dello staff, della struttura, del centro benessere, ecc. Senza parlare della splendida cornice di montagne tutte attorno.

L'albergo è bellissimo, c'e una cura dei particolari veramente unica, il relax è totale, le camere molto spaziose e dal punto di vista gastronomico non manca veramente nulla. L'unica cosa forse un po' carente riguarda gli operatori che parlano poco l'italiano mentre gli ospiti italiani sono forse la maggioranza. Comunque ci tornerei subito

Wszystko w hotelu jest na b. wysokim poziomie. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie 2 pokojowym, który był wspaniale przygotowany. Owoce w koszyku, dużo ręczników, szlafroki. Wszystko perfekt! Brak internetu w pokojach, twarde materace (ale to chyba indywidualne przyzwyczajenia).

Schönes gediegenes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Thermenlandschaft. Gutes großzügiges Zimmer. Badetasche mit Handtüchern U. Bademantel für Wellness. A la card Essen sehr aufwendig, nichts was ich eine Woche lang jeden Tag brauche.

Struttura bellissima, staff preparato e disponibile, attenzione ai dettagli. Le terme sono bellissime, I servizi spa altrettanto, splendido il vital bar, ti fa sentire a casa tua. Colazione abbondante e fornitissima; un luogo dove rilassarsi, godere dello splendido paesaggio montano e divertirsi. La stanza juniorsuite è grandissima, ben curata; lo staff passa due volte al giorno per rifarla al mattino e preparala alla sera; il prezzo è giustificato. Un po' limitante l'orario di chiusura delle piscine alle 19.30; un'apertura serale sarebbe magnifica. Cuscini troppo morbidi, prontamente sostituiti da altri due più rigidi ed ergonomici non appena avvisata la reception al mattino.

Hotel der Spitzenklasse. Großes luxuriöses Einzelzimmer mit breitem bequemen King Size Bett. Südbalkon zum Garten, großer Flatscreen TV, Obst, Thermalwasser auf dem Zimmer, großes schönes Bad, alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sehr hochwertig. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Spa-Einrichtungen mit verschiedenen Saunen, Dampfbädern, Innen- und Außenpools sind ganz ausgezeichnet. Sie öffnen um 14.00 Uhr und schließen um 19.30 Uhr, so dass man dort den ganzen Nachmittag verbringen kann. Ende August / Anfang September war im Hotel kaum etwas los, so dass der Erholungswert noch höher gewesen ist. Abends und auch am Morgen kein Zwang zur allerbesten Garderobe, was mir auch gefiel. Infolge des Preises ist das Publikum etwas älter, es gibt auch durch die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten Familien mit Kindern. Kann Hotel Pulverer in jeder Beziehung empfehlen.

Uns hat am besten die persönliche sehr gute Betreuung und die familiäre komfortable aber doch repräsentative Atmosphäre gefallen, sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Service. Top Meinung über das Hotel!

Das Essen war sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich. Leider ist das Hotel nicht gerade aug Kinder eingestellt, gerade das nötigste wird für Kinder geboten und getan.
