Please write at least 15 words The staff was very courteous,the location is excellent as it gives u access to public transport and underground.all this is within reach ,break fast was also very good with many choices.I think that it is an excellent value for money The rooms are not very spacious but for some one like me who used to come to the hotel for sleep only that was not a problem |

friendly and helpful staff which ease your stay ,ease of transportation access high resturant prices which is not added to the account of the hotel so you have to pay in cash every time you be in it for dinner or coffee |

Nothing at all. The room was poor. the bathroom much too smaal. We coeldn't move with two peole in it. There was'n any soap, or other stuff. They regarly forgot the toilet paper and also one thay there weren't any towls. It was very noisy because of the wedding parties, and the traffic outsite was very heavy. Also the breakfast was very poor. |

the restaurant- good and various menu for dinner The rooms were small and bathrooms the same. We were disturbed early in the morning when the person responsible with cleanning opened the door despite of our presence in the room. The Wireless access was not free. Breakfast was rather poor for a three stars hotel. |

Although small and basic, it was clean and did the job adequately. The staff were helpful and one of them spoke excellent English. The location was also very handy for the S-Bahn, Pograstrasse was right outside. Could have done with a few tv channels in English for us tourists and the bed could have done with more/better pillows. |

Along the tram line in connection with the U-Bahn. Nice breakfast, nobody asking for room number (trust). Indoor and outdoor designs are not terrific. |

I liked the cleanliness, wonderful, big bed and nice bathroom. I also liked the breakfast. It is far away from center. But it is well related by public transport. |

Free parking place, quiet zone, near by Donau Turm, Prater; Donau Zentrum is only ten minutes to. There were some unheated rooms, but the personell was excelent, they gave us new rooms imidiatelly. |

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Auf dem Weg zum Frühstücksraum muss Raucherbereich durchquert werden. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach. Beim Check-Out liess sich die Mitarbeiterin mehrfach vom Telefon unterbrechen. |

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Die jungen Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bad hätte besser geputzt sein können. Es waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger am Boden - nicht sehr angenehm! Wenn man später zum Frühstück gekommen ist, musste man immer um Nachschub fragen, da schon vieles leer war. Das sollte besser funktionieren. Aber es war sehr günstig und alles in allem schon ok. |
