The staff was very affectionate and ready to do any kind of help. Our Flight was in the next morning, and all arrangements to see that we reach in time at the Airport was done Promptly. Great, they need not have done all these and simply said that we do not have any information. BUT THEY SHOULDERED THE RESPONSIBILITY, as if it was their own. Nothing Negative, as our stay was only for One Night. Ahh ! One thing is important. The Rooms do not have a NORMAL LOCK to Lock it from inside the Room, by the Occupants. It can be opened by any Hotel Staff, even if the Occupants are Fast Asleep, inside the Room. On the day of our Visit by mistake the Receptionist had initially given a Room Key which was already occupied and inmates were inside. To their HORROR, I was trying to Open it from Outside by the Key given to me. The Lady was screaming from inside. I HAD TO PROFUSELY APOLOGISE TO HER. This problem will not come if there is an INTERNAL LOCK, which can only be used by the Guests staying in the Room. Please see that THIS IS IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY. Nice hotel and staff, seems family-run. Quite adequate rooms, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. OK breakfast.

Breakfast buffet OK, but nothing fancy here either. Hotel smells of smoke as smoking is allowed in hotel bar.

I would recommend them to my colleagues and friends.

Very clean, big rooms, friendly personal. Big parking place and good accessibility to the city center by tram and metro (cca 20 minutes)

Horrible breakfast! And disco at the first floor till the midnight – we heard it even when the window was close.

It was a perfect location for us as we have family living in the area just five minutes walking distance. We were very happy with our stay and had everything we needed, especially the air conditioning, as the weather was extremely hot, it was lovely to come back to our comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was clean and nice, the people at the reception were great!

The kitchen staff was terrible. The old waiter was arrogant, rude and absolutely not nice! He said the boiled water costs 2 euro, then said it was 2, 60, and at the end he sold it for 2,80 in manner that I found insulting!!!

I liked the proximity to the tram/underground. The room was basic but very clean and there was free wi-fi which was a plus. The food from the restaurant was good and the staff were helpful and friendly for the most part.

The air conditioning in my room did not work for the full six days of my stay at Hotel Hillinger. I was told by the receptionist(s) daily that the main compressor was not working so none of the air con units in the entire hotel (what???) - all 50 rooms - were working. I read a review from someone who stayed there in 2006 and he said his air con unit did not work either. No progression in 6 years??!!

The room are smaal but very god equiped. The restaurant ist very good.

Air conditioning didnt work and because hotel is located on very busy street (six lines for cars and trams,buses) noise from open window is unbearable. Furthemore social events are regularly held at hotel restaurant till 2am.Hotel is small so you hear it even on 2nd floor (top floor). Hotel personnel agreed to all above mentioned complaints which resulted to limited sleep. but didnt see it as a reason for discount. If you want to actually sleep during night avoid this very noisy hotel!

In the restaurant the food was served in tables without tablecloth. The poor lighting of the room. The description reported in the booking site is not completely truthful

We only stopped on the way to our destination, the location was ok.

The stay was ok but they took money twice!! Once from our card online vial booking.com and then again when we were there in person. We only found out when we got home and checked our cards.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist herausragend. Sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bardzo nieprzyjemny I opryskliwy personel. Nie działa klimatyzacja, którą hotel sie reklamował. Brudno aż sie niedobrze robi. Czarne z brudu firanki, suszarka do włosów przykleja sie do ręki. Tragedia, gdy sie zarezerwuje nocleg z soboty na niedziele- zwykle organizują w hotelu wesela I o przespaniu nocy w trakcie podróży na Bałkany można zapomnieć.

Wasser im Bad war nicht regulierbar - brennheiß Frühstückstisch ohne Servietten, schmutzig Buffet unappetitlich - Wurst hat schon Rand Bedienung unfeundlich Fensterputzen während dem Frühstück - SA und SO um 0830 Uhr sehr merkwürdig

Computer in der Lobby Anreise auch am späten Abend/nachts

Frühstück wenig reichhaltig Bedienung der Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig
