Rooms are somewhat small, but hence even more cosy.
concept and the cool look of the hotel
I was never sure if people can look into our room from the outside ....
Staff were excellent, they phoned around to get just the perfect dinner reservations, always smiled and were extremely helpful. The bed was heavenly, the room excellent with a fantastic oval window. The free mini-bar and free access to the saloon with tea coffee and afternoon snacks a welcome and surprise touch. Really great place that we will come back to.
Bathroom was a little cold, but this was the only slight negative.
Excellent hotel with power rain shower...would have liked a bath!
Very friendly staff,Central location, bathroom top. Highly recommend hotel.
Very good location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. All day complimentary of soft drinks and snacks were a good touch.
Pillows are too soft, very uncomfortable. There were dust on night tables. Handle for adjusting hot and cold water in the shower was not working.
I loved everthing.! Perfect is the lounge where you can have coffe/tea free of charge.
In the bedroom, the wood on the floor instead of carpet & generally the style of the decoration, the funny lamp with duck feet. The breakfast & the nice velvet seats
No possibility of ironing myself! Free wi-fi but really annoying to have to enter the login&pwd almost each time I needed a connection.
Location is perfect just 2 minutes from the Stefansdom. Hotel is new, clean and fancy. Staff is helpful and polite.
Internet was a little bit annoying. You always need to enter the password like every 15 minutes. But internet was fast.
The bed is amazing and so is the shower. Location is good and about 2 blocks from the main shopping area. Also about 5 min away from the metro.
The hotel is great but here are the only bad things we encountered in our stay. 1. Wifi is ok speed but requires you to type in the log in info each time your phone goes into standby mode. So basically every time you click to turn the phone on, you need to type it in. Wifi is done by individual codes gives at the front desk. 2. Parking is bad. The cost is very high and it takes 20-30 min to get your car. Air conditioning - it could have been our room but the ac would not cool at all. We had it set at 19 and it was sweaty hot. Breakfast - it's a great spread but not as good as hotel Sacher. I also wonder it its worth 25 euros per person.
location, organic food for breakfast
Free minibar. Excellent location. Nice rooms, with cosy windowseats. Perfect service. Free wine Nice large bathroom Good breakfast
Breakfast not included. Expensive
Easy access to shops, restaurants, taxi station, bus station, events.
Veeery helpful staff!!!
The room was very small and dark. Not a 5 star hotel.
The Location is exceptionally good
There is no chair in the room - if you want to watch TV you have to lie in bed/ If you have more than one valise there is no place to put it.
A glamorous hotel as a change after spending weeks in older style hotels across Europe. Staff very earger to assisit in all ways, great location and accessibility to all major sights and shopping venues. Very clean and comfortable room, loved the glitzy marble and chrome bathroom
Breakfast prices too high so we ate out every morning. English sub- titles on the the telly would have made viewing more enjoyable, everything else was great
This hotel was super stylish and gorgeous. The wonderful oval windows,( and good view) the huge comfortable bed, all the stylish features of the room, the lamp with bird legs !!! Loved it! The bathroom was also wonderful. We made use of the VIP room downstairs and really enjoyed that. The staff were also very professional, friendly and helpful
I can't understand why such a fabulous hotel had such poor wifi, sometimes if I just moved from one side of the room to another it would cut out, had difficulty logging on, and during one hour i had to log In about 3 or 4 times. If I went out of the building and came back I'd have to start all over again. Also the login and password didn't always work, had to try a few times.Maybe the walls are so thick and well insulated the wifi has problems.
Location of Topazz hotel is amazing. 3 minutes walk to Stephansplatz, just in the middle of everything to see in the city centre. Rooms are the best - rounded polstered windows, so you can comfortably lie on the window and enjoy the view of streets of Vienna. Everything was superclean and looked like new. The bathroom is huge and has one wall made of glass, so you can shower while looking at the rooftops of Vienna... Parking was easy - we found a parking place 50 metres from hotel (but you have to drive through the nearby streets few minutes to find a parking space) and the hotel staff provides you with parking cards (4.50 €/2 hours and weekends for free). Also free minibar in the hotel room and free wine at the reception was nice. A kind of hotel, where you really look forward to return after amazing evening in the centre of Vienna
Ancient WiFi rules - had to tell number of devices and then got login and password on paper and had to log in each time I wanted to use internet (!) Payment of price - at the check-in they blocked the price on my account and at check-out I had to pay normally, so in the end I have to wait 10 or more days as if I paid the price twice (then the blocked sum should be unblocked)
Modern location Staff
Very expensive breakfast.
Staff very helpfull, and the room was beautiful, with a double window seat to lie on and watch the horse and carts go by
We booked Prestige room due to appealing photo of spacious room with 2 huge oval window. When we get there, it was only one window. So they have two different rooms with the same name & price. Staff was ok, and moved us to the 2-window room on a next day. But first impression was spoiled
location and staff are big plus for this hotel...
I would not recommend the standard room size for couples with kids
Its location-right in the heart of the city.Plenty of attractions at a walking distance.
