The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was above average. The location was good coming from the train station. It was between the station and old town. |

Great hotel! The location was fabulous- a 10 minute walk from the old district of Salzburg. A quaint hotel with a spectacular view of the Austrian Alps out my window in the morning- we loved it! Although there were not many amenities, they more than made up for this with excellent service, and even a complimentary Mozart CD when we checked out. Thank you Hotel Mozart! |

Very good distance from city centre and attractions. The staff members were very kind and accomodating. Very nice sitting area. Room were quite small. We had a room for 4 and it was quite snug in there. No sitting area or family room. |

Staffs at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The reception area is small but tastefully decorated. However, the room is not as large and nice as the photos on the internet, but it is acceptable. The hotel is on a busy street and is extremely noisy (from street cars, motor bikes and cars) from 4:30AM in the morning if windows are opened (there is no air conditioning). On one night of the 5 nights that we stayed, there were loud young people hanging around from late evening until 3:00AM. The wooden floor and rug in our room were not cleaned daily - our chidlren dropped cookie crumbs on the floor in the evening and the crumbs were still there the next day after room cleaning service. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped (black) in many spots which make it appear less clean than it could have been otherwise. Internet in the room did not work, and did not always work in the lobby area. |

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were a comfortable size and the hotel was quiet. The hotel was located a few blocks from the main tourist area, which contributed to it being quiet and relaxing. The hot water in the shower was temperamental; the temperature would fluctuate between hot and extremely hot. The breakfast, which wasn't included in our room rate, was not worth the 10 euros we paid. There was no parking associated with the hotel. |

The location was excellant for city attivities. You could easily walk to the major sites and tour facilities. The breakfast was very good. The staff other than morning desk clerk was very helpful. They helped point us to a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday evening. This hotel has been updated with lighting, lobby sitting room, elevator. |

I had a quiet comfortable beautiful spacious room 2 or 3 blocks from Mirabell Gardens in Salzburg, a very easy walk! The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning, but Salzburg normally has cooler weather and ac isn't needed. |

I like that we could get coffee from the restaurant and bring it back to our room..... would have been better if it didn't cost $5. for 2 cups and would be even better if there had been a coffee pot in the room or if you could get a courtesy cup.... since the hotel was so expensive. I liked that we could get atleast one station on the TV in English. There weren't any wash clothes in the room. I'm not sure if this is normal in European Hotels. But the one that we stayed at in Fussen, Germany did have them. I wish they had offered free internet service in the rooms. We had to use the internet in the lobby and paid 6 euro for 24 hours use. Most of the time of course we weren't even there. |

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room decor was very nice. Very quiet area of town. Short walk (maybe 10-15 minutes) from the main train station. They could have done a bit better on room maintenance; minor unpatched holes in bathroom tile for example. |

Great location I wish breakfast was included in price. For the 10 Euros hotel charged we could of had a better breakfast. |

Centrally located just 5 minutes away from the city centre and the main train station, this tranquil and tastefully decorated hotel offers comfort and elegance for business and leisure travellers... |
This wonderful traditional Grand Hotel from 1861 is ideally located next to the magnificent Mirabell Garden and opposite the Congress Centre in the very heart of Salzburg. |
This 4-star hotel in the heart of Salzburg is only a 10-minute walk from the famous Mirabell Gardens and 15 minutes away from the Getreidegasse. |
A small, exclusive hotel with personal flair. It consists of two buildings, Altstadthotel and the Residenz, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. |
