Ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Voor een 3-persoons kamer was het bijzetbedje van slechte kwaliteit. De matrassen van het 2-persoonsbed waren ook slecht. Verder zijn het hotel en de parkeergelegenheid niet goed aangegeven. De straat was verboden voor auto's. Voor de deur parkeren om de kofferst uit te laden was dus niet mogelijk. |

ligging tov de Altstadt van Innsbruck is echt uitstekend. Mijn kamer was klein maar prima voor een eenvoudige overnachting. Personeel was vriendelijk. Eenvoudig doch goed ontbijt. Prima uitvalbasis voor een citytrip. Zeker prijs/prestatie gewijs een goede keuze. Het hotel is niet bepaald netjes onderhouden van binnen, overal rommel op de vloer, vlekken in de vloerbedekking enz. Er zit een soort afhaalfrituur in de lobby die een nogal penetrante gegrilde kiplucht verspreid door het hele hotel. |

hotel ligt goed in het centrum van innsbruck hotel was niet meer van deze tijd, smoezelig, duur geprijsd voor wat je krijgt. 3 persoonskamer was een klein 2 persoonbed dat erg slecht sliep, erg dun en hard matras en een uitschuifbare bedbank wat gammel was en eigenlijk niet te beslapen was. Meubilair was erg oud, sommige dingen kapot en gammel. Een raam met uitzicht op een muur. |

Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The whole place appears a little "used" and worn out. The athmosphere of the rooms is quite poor (empty, only neon lights). |

The hotel this in downtown, well located. it is very noisy, because in the streets people speak high and they sing after 00:00 o'clock until the 05:00 hrs. The breakfast no good, one needs but people for there is of everything. |

Centrally located, easy walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. On site restaurant is always a plus. May, 2009 - construction outside on the plaza--replacing street surface. A temporary inconvenience. |

I like that the hotel was right in the city center. The bathroom was clean and ample. We found the beds quite uncomfortable. Noisy street during the night thanks to a pub that opens till late as well as construction right on the same street that starts at 6 in the morning. |

The hotel is very close to the historic center, about 2 blocks and 10 minutes (walking) from the train station. The young guy from the reception was very attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast. The triple room was very spacious. |

Good breakfast. Perfect location. No information was provided about reconstruction of the street in front of hotel including terrible noise that starts at 7 a.m. Poor furniture in rooms. |

Good and varied breakfast, clean rooms, nice central location, good staff, modern accomodation Strange rules for returning at night: it was not entirely clear that if you returned after 23.00h you had to make sure that you had your key allready with you: otherwise you could only acces the first floor, not the groundfloor with the keys. Furthermore, internet access would be a plus. |

This is nice hotel with low price but good facilities. It offers a good oppertunity to enjoy the city life as it is located almost in the centre of the town. The entrance is a bit complicated as there is no clear signboard on the main street about the hotel (Entrance is in the small street) |
