town center hotel undergoing reconstruction, rooms OK, but entrance, walking paths and lift a mess. Should be a warning on the website and is worth a discount. |

Design der Zimmer und die Gestaltung des wellnessbereiches. (tolle Atmosphäre, sehr entspanned, Service Das Bett war "verstaubt". Beim Aufschütteln der Decke wurde sehr viel Staub aufgewirbelt. |

In italia un hotel in queste condizioni sarebbe chiuso fino al termine dei lavori almeno I piani interessati dai suddetti Purtroppo l'hotel era in ristrutturazione,per cui ci siamo trovati in un piano con camere non terminate,calcinaci in giro,muratori che iniziavano a martellare alle 7 del mattino. La doccia perdeva acqua da tutti I lati e nonostante varie segnalazioni non hanno fatto niente. Il personale parlava tedesco,poco inglese e nemmeno 1 parola in italiano o francese. La colazione non prevedeva croassant . |

Lage, Ausstattung im Zimmer große Umbauarbeiten störten eine ruhigen Aufenthalt, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eher kalte Speisen (Rührei, Speck, Würstel,...) und der Raum war nicht sehr gemütlich - vielleicht wegen den Umbauten. Der Normalpreis wäre nicht im Verhältnis gestanden! |

Das Bad Da das Hotel offenbar im Umbau befindlich ist - die Teppiche im Zimmer, die Kleiderhaken (beides ganz abgewohnt), Bett zu weich |

Nette ontvangst. Goede uitleg over te vinden restaurants in omgeving Kamer zat naast reeks kamers dat verbouwd werd. Alles was vies, stonk naar de rook en er werd op zondagochtend om half 8 begonnen met verbouwing naast onze kamer!!! Lift was ook niet af. |

Ich hatte erst gebucht und dann die Bewertung gelesen. Danach habe ich mit dem Schlimmsten gerechnet, wurde aber angenehm enttäuscht. Man ist tatsächlich dabei grundlegende Renovierungen durchzuführen. Das von allen gelobte Frühstücksbuffet war tatsächlich sehr gut. In Zukunft wird es sicherlich mehrheitlich gute Bewertungen geben. Es war natürlich eine Großbaustelle. Aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen, wenn etwas von Grund auf verbessert werden soll. |

signalétique totalement inexistante. Nous avons cherché longtemps. Aucune enseigne de l'hôtel. Une fois au parking, impossible également d'identifier l'accès pour monter à l'hôtel. L'hôtel était en travaux ce qui rend le prix excessif sur cette période |

De hotel is met verbouwing bezig maar in dhet zelfde tijd is wer open, zo helemaal niet goed is , alles romel en werkzaamheden zal op 6.30 begonen. |

Sauna Hatten 2 Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. In beiden waren jedoch Aschenbecher vorhanden. Warum, wenn es ein Nichtraucherzimmer ist? In einem der Zimmer roch es auch sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Auf Anfrage konnten wir das Zimmer trotzdem nicht wechseln. Frühstückbuffet war sonst okay, jedoch man musste sehr lange auf Brötchen warten. |
