Fürstenhaus Am Achensee is a new 4-star superior hotel located right on the shore of Lake Achen, which stretches like a fjord up one of the most beautiful high valleys in Tyrol.

Enjoy the crystal-clear water and the gorgeous panoramic view of the Alps. Particularly around the turn of the seasons, the surrounding mountains tend to appear in a beautiful light.

You will also find a spa area of more than 3,000 m², which is open all year. It features an indoor and an outdoor pool, various "adventure" showers, and a large whirlpool right above Lake Achen, with a fascinating panoramic view of the “Fjord of the Alps”.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Our culinary portfolio includes traditional Austrian cuisine as well as modern international cuisine. Fresh ingredients and passionate cooks are our recipe for your enjoyment. The breakfast buffet and the late riser breakfast, the "Nachmittagsjause" in the afternoon with hearty and sweet snacks, the 4-course evening meal with appetiser and salad buffet, as well as tea, juices, snacks, and fruit in the PURIA Spa area during the day and all beverages from the mini bar, which will be refilled every day, are by far not everything we have to offer... Just let us surprise you.

Room information

In your room, you will be able to enjoy the sun either in the morning or in the afternoon. Our 119 non-smoking double rooms and suites are elegantly and stylishly equipped, and also offer a splendid view over Lake Achen or the stunning panorama of the Karwendel mountains. Lake view rooms are available at an additional charge.

Area information

A vacation in Pertisau provides various opportunities for recreational activities. The surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling – along the lakeshore or in the mountains. The network of hiking trails in the area has a total length of over 500 kilometres.
We offer different programmes at the hotel, such as Nordic Walking, hiking or aqua fitness.

The golf club ‘Golf- und Landclub Achensee’ is situated only 500 metres from the hotel. Our guests enjoy the benefit of a 20% reduction on the green fee.

With wind conditions similar to those of Lake Garda, Lake Achen offers the possibility of sailing, wind surfing and kite surfing. There are several sailing and surfing schools in the vicinity.

The ski resort Christlum and Zillertal can be easily reached from the hotel and offer great slopes and about 150 kilometres of cross-country ski-runs for every level of skill.
