everything was great. not enough selection of foods for dinner as everything was included, only have the choice of meat, fish or vegetarian, would prefer buffet dinner |

Everything about the hotel was excellent - from the warm friendly welcome to the quality of the facilities, service and food. Although only officially a 4 star hotel, the standards exceeded those often found in other 5 star hotels, and we certainly would go back again in the future. |

An meinem Gerburtstag war das Bett mit Rosenblättern dekoriert, auf dem Tisch standen ein Sektkübel mit einer Flasche Sekt und 2 Gläsern, ein Teller mit Konfekt erste Güte mit eine sehr nett geschriebene Glückwunschkarte des Personals. Nach dem Abendessen, wo der Tisch festlich gedeckt war, brachte eine Kellnerin eine kleine Torte, die zusätzlich mit Konfekt und einer brennenden Kerze dekoriert war und das gesamte Servicepresonal gratulierte sehr herzlich. So viele nette Aufmerksamkeiten habe ich in anderen Hotels noch nie erhalten und es war nicht einmal ein runder Geburtstag. Wir werden sicher nochmals in diesem Hotel einchecken. |

l'hôtel directement au bord du lac, la belle situation de Pertisau et les grandes possibilités de promenade. peu de personne parle le français dans cet hôtel |

la tranquilidad, instalaciones,y la elaboracion culinaria 1.l'habitacion en la parte antigua es demasiado pequena.2.a pesar de que los platos sean refinados hay 1carencia de proteina animal.3.Habia solo un ordenador disponible. En 3 dias no se molestaron en arreglar el otro. |

Rigtigt godt - dejlige værelser og omgivelser og et helt fantastisk wellness-område med god service og muligheder for massage og lignende. Bedre og mere rimelige vilkår for afbestilling vil klæde dette hotel, da disse umiddelbart er noget skrappere, også i forhold til andre hoteller i samme kæde. Desuden kunne de foretrækkes, at man først betaler ved afrejse og ikke allerede ved ankomst. |

een prettige ontvangst, de vele rustgevende faciliteiten, parkeergelegheid, de ligging aan het meer, uitgebreid ontbijt niet tevreden is overdreven, maar ten opzichte van het ontbijt was de dinerkeuze 'magertjes' en daarmee wordt niet de hoeveelheid bedoelt. |
