The staff wereincredibly hospitable and friendly. Its run by a very sociable and jovial family who make you feel comfortable from the very moment you arrive. The room was of a great size and the views from the balcony are amazing. Many good photo opportunities.

I loved this hotel! Everyone spoke perfect English so we received very friendly and personal treatment as helpful tips about the area. The public areas throughout the hotel invite to relax and we had a very nice and comfortable room, very clean and with amazing views...it's perfectly located if you want to relax and ski.

The staff were friendly and casual.

Great hotel, friendly staff, they always greeted - as I saw - with a smile. There was a complimentary welcome pack for our dog in the room and she was welcomed free of charge. There were beautiful flowers in the hanging baskets outside and nice decoration inside. Beds were very comfortable, room was nice and bright with riews of the mountains. Great buffet breakfast. Will book again.

Trotz kurzfristiger Reservierung wurde mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ermöglicht einen gesättigten Start in den Tag, Extrawünsche werden erfüllt. Sehr persönlicher und freundlicher Empfang, sowie hilfreiche Tips für einen Gast Mit kurzem Aufenthalt / auf der Durchreise.

Das Zimmer aht so gestunken, dass ichdie ganze Nacht nur bei offener Bakontüre schlafen konnte

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Altausseer See und die Trisselwand ist beinahe kitschig schön. Im Hotel wird nicht stoasteirisch gesprochen, Ausseer Dirndl und Lederhosn vermisst man auch - aber wird schon werd'n, der Besitzer ist angenehm freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, so wie das Frühstück. Man ist mitten im an der Hauptstraße aufgefädelten Altaussee - und in wenigen Gehminuten am See. Unschlagbar war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Flash-Deal um € 50,- für das Doppelzimmer.

Wenn man seine Erwartungen zu hoch ansetzt - sagen wir mal auf ein 3-Sterne- Niveau im Zillertal - wird man eher enttäuscht sein.

Frühstück war okay

Nicht genügend Parkplätze (nur 7 Stück standen zur Verfügung) bei guter Belegung mußte man sehen, wo man parken kann.Die Dusche im Bad war in den Ecken und an der Schiebeführung, zum Teil auch die Fliesen sehr schmutzig. Badeschrank an verschiedenen Stellen aufgequollen, Waschbeckenstöpsel hingen noch die Haare von den Vorgängern, Lampe über Bett hing an einer Seite komplett aus der Wand, keine Nachtischchen um Sachen abzulegen, der einzige Stuhl mußte dafür herhalten. Habe mich zwar nicht beschwert, da ich nur 1 Nacht geblieben bin, für einen Urlaub würde ich das Hotel nicht wählen. Der Preis ist dafür zu teuer.

Bright and very comfortable room. The public areas were inviting, decorated in the traditional Austrian style. The location is very central, a 5 minute (free) bus ride from the ski slopes and is surrounded by the beautiful Austrian countryside. The hotel has a dedicated area to leave skiing equipment. The Staff at the hotel were very friendly and were happy to spend time explaining the local attractions to us in perfect English. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Hotel Tyrol!

Bodenständig, günstige Lage f. den Ort und f. Ausflüge, leicht erreichbar, ohne viel rundherum, ehrlich und nett.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, schöne, gemütliche Zimmer und gute Lage für einen kurzen Schiaufenthalt. Nach einem ausgiebigem Frühstück haben wir einen schönen sonnigen Tag auf den nah gelegenen Schipisten verbracht und uns danach in der Sauna entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Coffee tasted like instant - not up to Austrian standards.

staff (actually the one lady that does everything from serving breakfast to evening drinks, manages checkout etc) very friendly & helpful, location is quite good, rooms large, nice views from the terraces.

dated, very dated "public areas", saggy red leather couch, quite dark and not very welcoming, only ONE table outside, what I really dislike is the "card terminal malfunctioning" display that looks like a permanent fixture, making CC payments impossible.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Eenvoudig maar verzorgd ontbijt. Mooi dorpje, dicht bij het skigebiedje 'Loser'

Verouderd hotel, vochtplekken in de badkamer Geen faciliteiten ivm skiën: geen berging voor ski's en skischoenen, geen skibus, ...
