Very good food and waitress staff who could not have been more friendly and helpful Reception staff a bit severe. Spa provided good facilities but naledness was a bit offensive if you are not used to it, but I suppose that they do that sort of thing out there!

Prima hotel, super vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant en bar. prijskwaliteitverhouding (laagseizoen) uitstekend. Heerlijke sauna! in tegenstelling tot andere referencies, dicht bij de piste (minder dan 10 minuten lopen). Gratis verwarmde opslag van skies en schoenen aan de piste. alleen de dame bij de receptie zou op vriendelijkheidscursus moeten

Der Service in diesem Hotel war einfach super. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und karg eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch sehr klein. Es war aber zweckmäßig.

Personel cana yakın, çalışkan ve yardımcı. Yemekler iyi, (muhteşem salata seçenekleri, giriş, çorba, 3 çeşit ana sıcak-et, balık ve veg seçeneği- ve tatlı) lezzet olarak çok başarılı olmasa da...Kahvaltı iyi, akşamüzeri snack var yarım pansiyonlara..Ancak içecek gene ücretli... Sabahları şehir merkezine shuttle sağlıyorlar...On dakika yürüme mesafesi olmasına karşın iyi...Intersportla anlaşma yapmışlar, kayaklarınızı ve kayak ayakkabılarınızı bırakabiliyorsunuz merkeze... Yarım pansiyonda içecekler extra ücrete tabi. Ancak hiç olmazsa masaya ücretsiz olarak çeşme suyu verebilirler.Kitzbuhel'deki bir otelde bu uygulama vardı...

Huone oli hyvä Järkyttävä tupakanhaju Epä ystävällinen omistaja Eivät tarjonneet alennusta half board koska olinkin yksin kun kaveri ei päässyt Ymmärrän jos huoneesta ei saa alennusta mutta ruuasta joka oli todella kehnoa Toisena iltana en enää vaivautunut syömään Ensimmäisenä iltana en voinut syödä illallista koska saavuin niin myöhään 22.30 koska matka kesti 1,5 h kauenmin koska ajo keli oli huono Hotelli ei ole 4 tähteä max 2 oli yleinen mielipide

In tegenstelling tot negatieve berichten, vonden wij dit een prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader. Niet dicht bij de lift, maar een shuttlebus naar de lift waar ook een skidepot is.

schöner Wellnesbereich Frühstücksbuffet und Salatbuffet am Abend könnte reichhaltiger sein und der Service mit nachlegen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ferner wurde noch beim FS das Buffet abgeräumt
