Hotel Tyrolis  

Liked the location out of the city in the countryside which is why I chose this hotel.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival and departure but all the other staff were surly and not very friendly. The breakfast was poor. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was tasty but the waitress seemed more interested in setting the tables for dinner the next day and controlling where customers can and can't sit than taking care of them! Rooms are dated and bathrooms tiny - you literally couldn't swing a cat in one!

We used it as an overnight hotel for our trip from the Netherlands to Italy. Excellent location as it is just off the motorway between the Fernpass and the brenner Pass. Typical Austrian hotel with staff in traditional clothing and all the features. Innsbruck is only 10 km away we visited but did not find it a very interesting city. Good breakfast, for diner go for something austrian like the Wiener Schnitzel then you are OK, the carpaccio was awfull (frozen, watery and with rockhard strips of cheese)

The most important factor is localisation: next to Innsbruck and not so far away from well known skiing areas.

The main problem of this hotel is managing of the restaurant. How could that be that hotel's guests have to seat in the corner next to kitchen door ( without any table cloth ) while external guests with booking have the main seats fully prepared? There is no proper balance beetwen external and internal guests places. While checking-out we werent asked about hotel service level. Given that this is 4 star hotel it does not look good.

Ottima struttura, camere un po' datate ma confortevoli e con una bella vista sulle montagne che circondano Innsbruck. La città si raggiunge comodamente in auto in soli 10 minuti. Consiglio vivamente di pranzare/cenare nel ristorante dell'Hotel (denominato "Maximilian"). Offre una cucina davvero superlativa con ottimi piatti tradizionali e personale molto gentile e competente. Il parcheggio auto è gratuito.

Le manque d'aération de la cuisine. Les odeurs de friture étaient perceptibles dans la chambre.

Soggiorno più che positivo la posizione dell'hotel rende Innsbruck facilmente raggiungibile, ottimo il ristorante con piatti tipici, colazione ricca ed abbondante, camere pulite e spaziose.

Bucatarie foarte buna (mai ales peparatele tyroleze). Usor de ajuns.

Personalul insarcinat cu curatenia nu vorbesc deloc engleza (macar la nivel basic); programul lor de lucru in timpul orelor de prinz?!

Nagyon szépen berendezett autentikus vidéki sok csillagos igazi alpesi vendégfogadó. Hasonló árért a közeli Innsbruckban csak egy sima két ágyas szobát kaptunk volna minden hangulat nélkül.Ezt már tapasztalatból tudom, mert máskor is jártunk erre, akkor véletlenül akadtunk erre a hotelre.Mostani utunk alkalmából már tudatosan választottuk.

Restaurant en bar van het hotel waren gesloten. We konden dus niks eten of drinken na 1000 km rijden, erg erg slecht.

Edificio tipico tirolese, molto bello sia esternamente che internamente e ben manutenuto. La stanza era di fatto una suite con ingresso soggiorno dotato di divano letto, anticamera, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Arredamento e finiture gradevoli e prettamente tirolesi. Ristorante con ottima cucina austriaca e internazionale. Accurata presentazione dei piatti. Molto bella la sala da pranzo. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione in cui si trova l'hotel consente di raggiungere il centro di Innsbruck in 10-15 minuti di auto, oppure in pari tempo alcuni impianti di risalita per sport invernali (per esempio quelli di Seefeld in Tirol); consente altresì di raggiungere facilmente molti importanti castelli austriaci e bavaresi. In sintesi: hotel sicuramente consigliabile.

Un dettaglio marginale che non inficia l'ottimo giudizio generale sull'hotel: il divano letto del soggiorno per essere in linea con il confort generale dell'hotel avrebbe dovuto essere più confortevole quando utilizzato come letto.
