the facade, wood furniture and decoration; free wifi, free parking, the restaurant, the breakfast the restaurant was closed and on workings, the bathroom is quite small |

Good location. Internet available in rooms. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant which makes breakfast an unpleasent experience. |

Staff very helpful and friendly throughout. Modern, yet traditional hotel, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great. Good location as a base in this area of Austria. |

The size of the room, large with a balcony. The staff could not do enough for us. Good parking areas with easy access to the lift. Great food and very reasonable in price. Family managed and it shows in all facets of the running of the hotel. Many company owned hotels are often sub standard in service. A great hotel and we would stay there again on our next visit to South Germany. The location was perfect for us being independant travellers with a car - however if the traveller did not have transport they may find the hotel a bit isolated. |

Restaurant was very good. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We were particularly impressed with the beautiful carved woodwork. We appreciated the information about hiking in Zirl. There is not much going on in Zirl, and we were a little farther from Innsbruck than I anticipated. |

Dieses Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage, das Restaurant ist mit seiner holzgetäfelten Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Das Eckzimmer war zu dunkel und sehr warm. |

das Hotel verdient den 4. Stern nicht mehr abgewohnte Vorhänge, Bad mit zerbrochener Waschmuschel, WC voll Kalkstein etc.verblichene Farben. Umbauarbeiten ab 9 Uhr stören Frühstück sehr--keine freundlichen Worte bei Ankunft und Abfahrt |

La gentilezza, la cortesia, la pulizia, l'ubicazione nella via principale di Zirl, il ristorante, molto tipico del posto e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. I bagni delle camere sono molto piccoli e manca del tutto la camera per disabili. |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich Für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel kann man im Bad Sauberkeit erwarten. Das Frühstückbuffet war mehr als dürftig. |

Alles was goed onderhouden en het personeel liep rond in klederdracht. Verder erg ruime kamer en een indrukwekkend interieur. De prijs voor dit hotel via deze site is waanzinnig goedkoop. Men was aan het verbouwen op de begane grond. Ik had een kamer hier recht boven, dat ging niet samen. Men had de 1e verdieping niet moeten verhuren, dat kan makkelijk in deze tijd van het jaar. Verder was het matras van erg slechte kwaliteit, 1 sterren bed. |
