The size of your room fit our needs very well. Despite the distance from central Salzburg, it was a very easy and affordable bus ride. A little smoky; older furnishings and carpet. |

The staff was nice, the location is relative good, breakfast ok. I liked the way they served tea at the table. The carpet and towels were not very clean...and the window was not isolated properly, in the night it was cold.Maybe only our room had this problem... |

The proprietor was friendly and helpful, organised taxi to airport for us and allowed us to have breakfast early. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was a bit shabby, no nice toiletries, no extractor fan. Room facilities fairly basic. Bed linen was a bit worn, carpet marked. Noisy because on a main road. In general quality was not as good as expected. |

Very comfortable hotel, with good size rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay there again. On the outskirts of Salzburg, but the bus service if you did not want to drive only took 10mins. |

The personel was very friendly and very nice. I also liked a lot that the hotel had a private parking. The heating issues and the cleanliness of the room was not good enough. The dust below the bed and around corners was not cleaned from months I think. Only the visible part of the room was cleaned. Also, the bed lines has not been changed and we spent there 6 nights. |

hotel staff bad location, very poor breakfast, a little room where it was no space for anything, the bathroom was awful, from 8 pm to 11 pm was a lot of noise, the hotel's roof and the windows was vibrating, very bad conditions for a big price, my money from my credit card was blocked and they are still blocked after 1 week of our check-out, it was a very bad experience with this hotel |

Ample parking, close to city centre with a car The lighting in the public areas was very poor & in fact dangerous as when you got out of the lift near the stairs it was impossible to see or find the switches, staff were interested & said they would pass on to management |

Lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel es el personal muy amable, y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. La ubicacion es buena porque en 10 max se llega a la ciudad vieja y hay una estacion a 1 min del hotel. Muy comodo y relaivamente barato comparado con otros hoteles de salzburgo. La habitacion era bastante grande y la calefaccion no calentaba nada. Hacia un frio horrible. |
