hotel staff bad location, very poor breakfast, a little room where it was no space for anything, the bathroom was awful, from 8 pm to 11 pm was a lot of noise, the hotel's roof and the windows was vibrating, very bad conditions for a big price, my money from my credit card was blocked and they are still blocked after 1 week of our check-out, it was a very bad experience with this hotel |

Ample parking, close to city centre with a car The lighting in the public areas was very poor & in fact dangerous as when you got out of the lift near the stairs it was impossible to see or find the switches, staff were interested & said they would pass on to management |

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Restaurant provided very good meals. Not having or being offered a non-smoking room. |

Everybody was very friendly Not much choice for breakfast A pity I couldn't use my creditcard for there was something wrong with the machine and the girl didn't take any initiatif to contact the office of mastercard At home I learnt that nothing was wrong with my card |

One person Yassen was very friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. Also it was about 100 feet from the bus stop that goes right into old Salsburg. The decor of the hotel was very nice. You could tell it was redone. Roomm was clean. Yes. Hotel is in a very noisy area. They seem like they are running on a very small budget. Ran out of food at breakfast everyday and food items were not restocked, tables were not cleaned of dirty dishes while people ate at other tables around all the dirty ones. |

早餐非常好，品种丰富，服务周到！每个员工都很细心，热情，周到，感觉很温馨！强烈推荐！ 冬季房间不够暖和，浴室的吹风筒声音太响，有点刺耳。房间内没有拖鞋，有些不便。 |

Preis war OK. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zimmer relativ gross. Liegt direkt an einer Hauptstrasse, daher hoher Lärmpegel. |

Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stadtplan wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und Empfehlungen von Besichtigungen vorgeschlagen. Die Dame vom Frühstücksservice war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hätte etwas besser beheizt sein können zu dieser Jahreszeit. |
