the attitude of staff is really bad bad bad ！

The apartment had a washing machine, although it was meant to dry clothes, it didn't.

Be very aware when booking from Vienna City Apartments, we booked the apartment with a more central location as per the map, but this apartment was not where it was indicated, in fact it was far away from the metro, in the worst area in Vienna. We do not recommend this apartment.

Value for money. Good communication with the staff.

Proximity to the downtown requires a combination of means of transport. Once, one decides the "right mix" things are facilitated.

nice staff , the room is very clean and tidy. very quite area. we slept very well.

the shower

The apartment was excellent as it was described. The administrator arrived at the arranged hour with the keys and gave us many tips regarding our stay in Vienna (excellent english level). It is not a big apartment but enough confortable for staying in Vienna and getting to know the city (There were 5 of us). Good price...

Location.- This apartment is located in a not beatiful neighborghood. Even more, you have to walk about 10 min from the underground station. The apartment is in a very ugly and old building... So, when you arrive you think "wow, where I am"... Then you enter to the apartment and realise, "ok, everthing is right..."... Bathroom floor could get very wet when taking a shower

First of all we stayed at the apartment on goellnergasse, this applies for this apartment. -If you stay for a longer time(not my case) you might enjoy the kitchen, and the DVD player. -If you are a German speaker(not my case) you might enjoy their cable TV with lots of Austrian/German channels. -High ceilings, about 3.5 - 4 meters. -Big table with chairs, for four people.

Be very careful before booking an apartment from this estate/tourism chain, and read their ads very careful, otherwise you might get fooled by their apparently low prices. You will be surprised to find out how much extra fees you may have to pay, and I'm not talking about optional fees, those are mandatory. Take my case for example, I was just passing through Vienna and i needed only ONE NIGHT stay there, and I booked this apartment for its apparently good price/value ratio. The way in which they advertise the apartment is MISLEADING; I was convinced that the total cost of the apartment for the night was 75 Euro. BUT I was shocked to find out that besides this price I had to pay 35 Euro more for a so called "final cleaning fee" which was stated in the last paragraph of the description and was MANDATORY. But it wasn't included in the booking total price shown before confirming the booking, which stated "Total price € 75". Usually, in regular ads, only the optional fees (like parking) are stated separately, not the mandatory fees, like this cleaning tax. In fact, the cost was inflated with 35 EUR (47%) which is a lot! For this amount of money I could have chosen a regular hotel with regular reception hours, and regular room service and cleaning policies, and the most important, less headache for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SHORT STAYS! It would be reasonable to charge a final cleaning fee for guests that stay there for months, or at least 10-20 days, in which case the final cleaning costs would be only 3% -6% per day. We stayed there only one night (in fact, only 14 hours) and did not use anything from the kitchen (kitchenette) and we paid nearly half of the room rate, as happened in our case! BE ALSO CAREFUL to arrive there in their check in time, because there is no full time reception. We almost got charged for an extra 20 EURO for arriving there just 6 minutes after the end of the check in time, but this WAS SOLVED the next day with the help from the booking.

TV, Wi-fi, Location.

Heavy mandatory fees not included in the price, not having a place to store our bags after check out, inconvenience of setting an arrival time at the apartment, late arrival fees.

The manager, Mr Miroslav is very friendly and welcoming us at the apartment. He even helped us to carry our luggages up to the appartment! He and his staff made our stay in Vienna like home. It is really lovely to stay there. It was only 2 stops to reach the metro by tram. And it only take few stops to the city centre by metro. Everything inside the room is perfectly fine. The room looks exactly the same as what it is showed in the photos. We will definitely choose Cityaparments again when we are back to Vienna!

Frankly speaking do not like at all, apartment is on 4 floor without lift and no information on the site that has no lift, no parking space,washroom is a big disaster actually you take shower on the WC. ha ha ha

Very good localization (near to Prater), comfortabe flat (with washing mashine, microwave, kitchen etc.), calm neighbourhood. Definetely worth of its price.

The only minus was very small bathroom but still it was worth of the price.

This hotel is actually apartment, without lobby or reception. The apartment was big enough for us (family with 3 kids). There were a dishwasher, washing machine, safe-box, TV with a lots of channels, Wi-Fi, fridge. The specific location of our apartment was excelent - near the Schonbrunn Palace.

The staff was very polite, friendly and pleasant. We were in an apartment on Rukergrasssa. The apartment is very clean, well equipped. Building from the outside looks very old and unattractive, but the apartment itself modern and well-designed. I would definitely go back there

the apartment's location is not ideal. Distance about ten to fifteen minutes from the subway. Not in the center.

Location was good.

The badroom was very small, the shower was on the top of the sink, and we showered directly on the floor of the badroom next to the toilette. It was really warm in Vienna and the apartment doesn´t have airconditioned,

very nice flat and really clean and so tide flat and every thing is there ... also the renter very very nice and kind ..

there is nothing i didn't like .. every thing was perfect ..

The apartment provided all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The located near two Ubahn stops and had a bus stop just outside the front door. Just one block away there was a shopping and dining area.

The building in which the apartment is located is run-down and we experienced noisy neighbors.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. The greeter was there to meet us when we arrived. Very helpful, explained everything, supplied a map and a bottle of champagne. Apartment was not in the centre of town but easy access by public transport, bus to subway practically on doorstep.

Nice appartment, well equipted, there was everything we needed.

Stadtnähe, U-Bahnanbindung, Nicht zu teuer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden

Betten sehr schmal für die 6 Personen, auch wenn es sich um größere Kinder handelt. Kommunikation mit Verwalter etwas schwierig.

Curatenia

Extrem de cald, puterea unuia dintre radiatoare nu se putea modifica => aer foarte uscat!! Vecinii canta la trombon, pian, chitara, voce la ore neobisnuite.

Все хорошо укомплектовано, отличный интерьер, удобные спальные места, на кухне все необходимое. Удобное месторасположение относительно общественного транспорта и центра. Рядом супермаркет и кафе.

Очень маленькая туалетная комната - Душ вместе с туалетом (без перегородок) в следствии чего вода при принятии душа льется на унитаз, раковину и стены. Отсутствие лифта, крутая лестница на 4 этаж. Смаленьким ребенком и большим багажом - это не удобно.

We live on Inzersdorferstrasse. Not in the center, but in very good location. It takes about half an hour to get to Hofburg on tram. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with all we need.

Der freundliche Empfang und die Größe des Appartments.

Die Lage, habe bei der Buchung nicht mitbekommen, dass es mehrere in Wien verstreute Appartments gibt. Dachte das Appartment befindet sich im 3. Bezirk so wie auf der Karte bei der Buchung angegeben.

Все понравилось...Кристин молодец встретила нас все объяснила...А пятый этаж без лифта даже очень ничего,для здоровья полезно..

Wir wurden vom Verwalter des Apartments sehr herzlich empfangen, er mußte sehr lange auf uns warten (bis nach Mitternacht), weil unser Flugzeut mit Verspätung landete. Nochmals vielne Dank dafür.

- die größe ist bis zu 6 Personen angegeben, wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder und und hatte Platzprobleme, nur ein kleines 1,40 m Bett und zwei Ausziehliegen - zu wenig Schrankplatz für mehere Personen - die Dusche ist eine Kabine ohne Fenster, die Lüftung ist sehr schlecht, immer stockiger, muffiger Geruch - Toiletten der restliche Hausbewohner befinden sich direkt vor der Eingangstür des Apartments, jeder Toilettengang findet also in unmittelbarer Nähe statt (das Apartment in einen ganz normalen Miethaus befindet) - sehr laut im gesamten Haus, auch nachts
