The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You will feel like at home. The location is good. The city center is easy to reach by tram. We were missing dishes in the kitchen. |

Wonderful location; spacious room; fair price. Stone Age Internet (you can buy just 30 min. or 4 hours Internet card and you should use just in one time); cleaning of the rooms (you should take your garbage by yourself; a cleaning lady came just on the fourth day). |

we stayed two nights in an appt and one night in a triple room due to being bumped out of our appt eventhough we had prepaid in advance. The appt was comfortable for us - spacious enough. tram outside takes you to innerstadt. grocery nearby. Dish washer advertised as washing machine so no laundry in room but laundry can be done by staff reasonably priced. We had to demand our overpayment back. Our triple room was a disaster. tiny in comparison. wasted half a day having to move from one room to another. It had no AC/or fan and it was really uncomfortable. The staff were not helpful and should have offered our third night for free instead they acted like we were getting such a great deal by throwing in a useless continental breakfast. Worst hotel in our 4 nation trip throught europe. |

Location was good. Very near from the Wien Link, and we can ride tram just in front of this hotel. The room was very large and quiet, and this apartment has been equipped almost of facilities(but CD player did not work.....). We can use internet at the reception. There ware no clearning service for the apartment room. If you stay in this apartment room longer than two days, you will be needed to make a claim to the stuff for getting new towels. |

Zeer behulpzame medewerkers, locatie is perfect, eigen garage waar de auto veilig kan staan. Geluidswerende ramen waren erg prettig! Het appartement was niet goed schoon. Spinrag aan het plafond, kastjes worden (denk ik) nooit aan de binnenkant schoon gemaakt, keukenblok en kast waren sterk aan vervanging toe. |

Det lå tæt på centrum og det havde en dejlig størrelse. Jeg vil foreslå, at man får nye madrasser....de havde været døde længe. En lettere renovering af værelset ville heller ikke være af vejen, da det virkede meget slidt. |

Die Zentrumsnähe, die Grösse des Apartments Das Hotel liegt genau an einer Strassenbahnkreuzung. Es ist so laut, dass man den Radio bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht hören kann. Man kann nur mit Klimaanlage schlafen. Es ist schade, dass keine Apartments gegen den Innenhof gelegen sind. |

La proximité du centre ville avec des transports à la porte de l'hôtel. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil. L'équipement de la cuisine : très insuffisant, pas très propre, lave vaisselle défectueux. Sur 5 nuits, les serviettes ont été changées une seule fois, quant aux draps, pas du tout : pour un 4 étoiles ...c'est plutôt juste ! |

トラム駅の目の前にあり市内への交通が便利。スーパーまで徒歩1分。部屋は広く、食洗器もあり。鍋、皿、カトラリー全て良く揃っている。バスタブあり。シャワー室と分かれている。 トラム、車の音がうるさい。早朝から夜中までひっきりなしに走っている。私達は観光で疲れており気にせずぐっすり眠ったが神経質な人向きではないと思った。前の人が使ったと思われる食器がきれいになっていたが食洗器の中に残っていた。床を靴下で歩いたら真っ黒になった。 |

Buona parte dello staff è stato sempre pronto a supportare le mie richieste e necessità A parte i problemi che possono succedere in qualunque casa, riscaldamento non funzionante correttamente, perdite d'acqua e pulizia della camera che all'inizio ha lasciato a desiderare. Lo staff gestionale è sempre venuto incontro alle m ie richieste e necessità in ogni imprevisto che mi è capitato. La struttura e degna di nota sia per la posizione piuttosto centrale sia per l'accoglienza. |

Accueil sympathique et apprécié en fin de séjour pour résoudre problème de fonctionnement carte Visa. Très belle surface d'appartement, on se sent à l'aise.Bien situé: tram pour le centre et les correspondances métro à 50m. Centre à 15mn à pied. La rénovation récente commence à se défraichir. |

Hôtel plutôt central, bon confort, chambre studio spacieux et bien équipé, bonne insonorisation. Propreté à améliorer, notamment le sol ! Couvertures (en extra dans l'armoire) pas en très bon état. Pas de service de nettoyage quotidien. |
