Appartamento ben collegato e in condominio elegante

Come posizione è un po' distante dal centro, ma I mezzi pubblici a Vienna funzionano e spaccano il secondo quindi, cambiando un tram e 2 metro in 15 minuti siete a Stephensplatz. L'appartamento invece è stato molto deludente, piuttosto sporco, muri imbrattati, mobilia di terz'ordine, parquet scricchiolante. Mancava il colapasta e nonostante ne avessimo chiesto uno la signora presente alla reception si è rifiutata di darcelo asserendo che se non era già in camera non potevamo averlo (?). Le pulizie vengono fatte una volta a settimana e a noi, essendoci stati solo 3 notti, non è toccato questo privilegio, nonostante ci fosse molta polvere in giro per via di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione condominiali. Per quello che si paga...

Удобное местооложение. Пешком до многих достопримечательностей Вены. Наличие всего необходимого в номере: удобная постель, чайник, утюг, посуда, микроволновка, кофеварка. Очень приветливый и граммотный ерсонал.

Das Hotel liegt an einem super Verkehrs-Knotenpunkt. Unser Zimmer war räumlich sehr grosszügig, jedoch auch spartanisch eingerichtet. Grosses, sauberes Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Komplett eingerichtete kleine Küche. Aircondition bracht zu wenig Leistung für die Grösse des Zimmers. Zimmer ging auf die Strasse, d.h. etwas lärmig, vor allem wegen der Fenster älteren Baujahres. Alles in Allem doch zufrieden und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Gut gelegen, tolle Anbindung, gute Kneipen ind er unmittelbaren Umgebung

Das große Zimmer ist sehr schlecht gepflegt. Die Gardinen sind wirklich sehr ekelig, unter den Betten wurde lange nicht gesaugt, die Tische waren schlampig geputzt. Das Management sollte da sehr viel gründlicher hinschauen.

Apartman je ponudio i vise od ocekivanja. Tople preporuke. Lokacija izvanredna, osoblje ljubazno, utisak je da je iznajmljen privatni stan a ne hotelski ambijent.

We've got another room with breakfast instead of our room with no breakfast for the same price! (because our room was busy by someone else) Clean, comfortable rooms with really nice shower room. Free parking until 9:00. A man at the receprion desk in the morning was very helpful and friendly and talked English fluently.

There is no free parking because of the location close to the centre. Receptionist in the evening didn't speak English well. Actually, no other complaints!

Litt mye bråk fra gaten. Kunne vært mer renhold på rommet-oftere

Staff available 24h a day (everyone speaks English), great location (relatively close to city center, metro and tram station nearby), great garage (parking 15eur a day), market (Billa) very close.

If you sleep with open windows, you could have a problem (busy street), some light bulbs need to be changed, some stuff could be cleaner but no complaints for the money.
