These very spacious apartments are located in a recently refurbished Art Nouveau building with a panoramic glass elevator, offering a host of amenities included in the price and 24-hour service. Only a short walk from the center of the city, the Vienna Comfort Apartments are easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel offers comfortably equipped suites in 2 different sizes with a loft-like character. Located right on Alserstrasse, a shopping street in the 8th district, the center of Vienna and many sights (town hall, university, Votive Church, Burgtheater, Museum Quarter) can be reached in only a few minutes. We've got another room with breakfast instead of our room with no breakfast for the same price! (because our room was busy by someone else) Clean, comfortable rooms with really nice shower room. Free parking until 9:00. A man at the receprion desk in the morning was very helpful and friendly and talked English fluently. There is no free parking because of the location close to the centre. Receptionist in the evening didn't speak English well. Actually, no other complaints!

ruim apartement, goed schoongemaakt. Zeer centrale ligging, veel privacy, mooie trapopgang. prima bed, prettige Picassoposters Staat van meubilair (deuren uit kasten misten, lamp uit kast stuk, AB van airco miste, wiebelnachtkastje/tafeltje. Niet vooraf duidelijk wanneer schoongemaakt werd. Raam open = veel herrie want direct aan drukke straat. Raam dicht = erg warm, ook met verwarming uit.

понравилось: расположение, приветливый персонал, наличие кухонной зоны, достаточно просторное помещение, наличие кондиционера и посудомоечной машины. качество уборки помещения, плохого качества полотенца , шумно со стороны города.

Удобное местооложение. Пешком до многих достопримечательностей Вены. Наличие всего необходимого в номере: удобная постель, чайник, утюг, посуда, микроволновка, кофеварка. Очень приветливый и граммотный ерсонал.

Хорошее расположение относительно центра - 5 минут на трамвае, остановка прямо перед отелем. Рядом достаточно магазинов и кафе. До дешевой парковки (3 евро\сутки) 12 минут на трамвае. Принимают кредитные карты. Требуется более тщательная уборка номера перед заселением гостей. Проверить работу сантехники. Немного пыльно т.к. окна апартаментов выходят на улицу. Не работал кондиционер, было душно.

Das Hotel liegt an einem super Verkehrs-Knotenpunkt. Unser Zimmer war räumlich sehr grosszügig, jedoch auch spartanisch eingerichtet. Grosses, sauberes Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Komplett eingerichtete kleine Küche. Aircondition bracht zu wenig Leistung für die Grösse des Zimmers. Zimmer ging auf die Strasse, d.h. etwas lärmig, vor allem wegen der Fenster älteren Baujahres. Alles in Allem doch zufrieden und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Goede bereikbaarheid openbaar vervoer (tram stopt voor de deur). Goede bed. Redelijk ingerichte keuken. Goede badkamer. De kamer was erg benauwd. Als je met ramen open slaapt heb je wel last van de drukke straat. Sommige pannen zijn aan vervanging toe.

Geräumigkeit des Appartments Die Fotos im Internet sind doch etwas "sehr vorteilhaft", v.a. was das Gebäude an sich betrifft. Appartment jedoch recht in Ordnung.
